The company were prompt and on time when called to measure up for a stairlift with a 180 degrees turn, the price quoted was excellent and the stairlift was installed within five days and as the weekend was part of this a super fast service.
Its been in since 27th August and has performed perfect. All staff polite, and very efficient.

From my first call speaking to Mick to my after sales call recently I have had a great experience with Leodis stairlifts.
Chris came out to survey my home ready for my husband’s return home after a serious bleed on his brain. Chris’s knowledge about products was first rate. I wanted to talk about the feasibility of a stand up (perch) lift seen on another site. Chris advised they could supply one but also recommended a lift they do which is both a seated lift and a stand up lift. I decided to go with the dual one as my husband also has arthritic knees and finds it difficult to sit. Chris left all the literature, a quote and contact number to discuss any concerns or place an order.
There was absolutely NO pressure to place an order there and then (or at all) and no follow up pressure sales calls.
I rang to place my order and spoke to the delightful Lyndsey who was very friendly and also cleared a couple of questions for me.
Connor arrived to fit the stairlift exactly as arranged and dropped me a courtesy call to tell me how far away he was on the day. He too was very friendly and did and excellent job with little mess.
I opted for a reconditioned lift but changed the seat for a better colour match. You couldn’t tell it wasn’t a new lift. I am very satisfied with the product and all the staff at Leodis. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

From the initial telephone call, to the surveyor (Dave) visiting, he explained everything thoroughly, there was no pressure to buy neither was there any pushy sales calls, we had to decide if this was right for us, as my Dad was indecisive. However on reflection we all knew this would be the best thing for him. We went ahead with a new stairlift and this is the best decision we EVER made. The stairlift has made life so much easier. The fitters were friendly, extremely helpful and professional. Also it gives us peace of mind that there is a 24 hour call out. I could not recommend this company highly enough. We recently had a stairlift fitted by Leodis, and the service was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. I first rang on a Tuesday and spoke with Lindsey, who was so friendly and helpful. By Thursday morning, Chris came out to measure up and clearly explained everything, including prices. That same afternoon, Martin in the office guided us through the next steps, and by Friday, Johnny had the stairlift fitted perfectly.
The speed, professionalism, and care shown by the whole team was nothing short of 5-star service. We couldn’t be more pleased and would highly recommend Leodis to anyone considering a stairlift.

I arranged for a representative from Leodis to visit my Mum, which Dave called to see her and gave a quote and then said it was up to her to contact them if she wanted to go ahead. They were not pushy at all! When I rang to arrange for it to be fitted they said we could have any day we wanted. When it was fitted they left no mess and showed my Mum how to use it.

Really impressed with the whole experience from start to finish. Booking the appointment was easy and the office team were friendly and helpful. Chris came out to do the survey and was very thorough, making sure everything was just right.

Jonny did a brilliant job with the installation and took the time to show my mum how to use it properly. She’s loving it and it’s given her independence back after a recent fall—she’s on it all the time!

Lindsay followed up with a lovely call to check everything was okay, which was a nice touch. It’s reassuring to know we’ve got support if we ever need it.

I posted on the website that i needed a stairlift for my mother on a Sunday evening and got a call back within 10 minutes. I spoke to Claire and arranged a visit for Thursay. She turned up early. Gave us all the options and once chosen arranged an appointment to install 5 days later. The engineer was very efficient In installing the stairlift and explained how to use it. He nade no mess and cleared away all the packaging. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs a stairlift installing.

My dad was coming out of hospital and needed to get a stairlift fitted ASAP I rang leodis stairlifts as they were recommended by a family member. I rang and got a appointment to visit to look measure and get a quote the next day we were really impressed with the efficency and time that suited us .
Allan came on time smart ,presentable friendly and so helpful and informative and explained everything to where it would go ,how they fit it and how it works gave us all the information of cost to buy and rental how long it would take to install there was no pushing to go with them at all I said I was happy with the quote but I had to speak to my father Allan gave me a brochure to show my dad with all details to show him .
My dad was really happy with the quote and price and wanted to go ahead and buy one,I rang leodis syairlifts with the number Allan left and the customer service team were really helpful and knew how quickly we needed 1 and gave a date and time that was convenient for us which was 2 days later .

On the day of fitment Martin arrived to supply and fit stairlift we was told could be few hours martin came was smart ,friendly and got on with the job straightaway Martin did a excellent job and it looks really nice ,neat and no mess Martin cleaned up after himself and explained to us how it worked and what to do if errors came up on stairlift and left us a instruction manual of codes for the stairlift ,he even asked my dad if he wanted a go to see how it felt and showed him how it worked so my dad could understand and took the time and showed my dad respect and was patient and really nice with him .

We would highly recommended Leodis stairlifts 100% to family and friends and anyone that asks .
We even got a call a week later to see how everything is with the stairlift .
So if you have a loved one who needs a stairlift don't hesitate to contact Leodis stairlift you won't be disappointed definatley give give them 5 stars they are 10 out of 10 .

Great advice and recommendations from the start. Fitting went smoothly and in a timely fashion and fitters were polite and efficient. Mum hates any technology but manages to use the stair-lift fairly easily. Would highly recommend.

From the minute I rang the office and spoke to Martin, I felt like someone was actually listening to the needs of my parents, Martin arranged for Claire to come out and visit us, she was very polite, knowledgeable and most of all made my parents feel human, she made them feel like a stairlift was normal and not something you need because they was getting older. We were requiring the stairlift to turn slightly at the bottom of the stairs as well as the top, straight away, Claire said “no problem” ( we had 2 other companies out, that told us it wasn't possible). Within 5 days we had gone from an initial phone call, home visit, stairlift being installed. The installation lads were top class, they were very chatty, explained everything they were doing and made my parents feel relaxed and in safe hands. I would highly recommend Leodis,

Probably like most people having to make a decision to have a stairlift, looking at the practicality of it working in your home, the costs and most of all your parents needs, all this is a massive learning curve and a worry, especially when you have had other companies out that didn't give you much confidence. I really wish I had rang Leodis first, every single person I spoke to within this company was amazing and made everything really simple.

The purchase and installation were fine. When the stairlift stopped working, at 1 year and 12 days from new (and just 10 days from it's first service when it was found to have a faulty electrical contact on the runner frame), the out of hours callout response was equally professional but only after I'd spent some time ringing every LEODIS contact number I could find on their website until I finally managed to get through to a lady called Claire on there Newcastle number. She explained that the automated answerphone must not have been switched to out of hours response. Claire quickly managed to contact an engineer who subsequently contacted the duty engineer who arrived within 1½ hours of speaking to Claire. However, the failure and need for replacement of batteries and a circuit panel together with callout charge was quoted at about £600 to £700. He opined that the faulty electrical contact found on the first service probably contributed to an early degradation of the batteries. The engineer explained that only the batteries and the panel would be covered by a further 1 year warranty and recommended that I pay £1000 for the whole carriage assembly to be replaced, which would give a more comprehensive warranty. Having bought a new stairlift on 13 Jun 24, I really had not expected to pay so much for a repair just 10 days out of its 1 year warranty.

From start to finish we were very happy working with this Company who had been recommended to us by a neighbour.

The installation went very smoothly on the day and was done quicker than we were expecting.

The lift is easy to use and gives us peace of mind that Mum can easily get upstairs now.

On a Friday afternoon 2 weeks after installation my stairlift developed a small but unusual problem. It did not affect the functioning or safety of the lift. However, the next morning I rang Leodis. I'm pleased to say that within a few days an engineer visited. He spent time investigating the problem and a new part has been ordered. Thank you Leodis

Mum had a bit of a fall and ended up with a fractured pelvis which made moving around very difficult and couldn’t use the stairs without assistance. My mum had heard about Leodis stairlifts from a neighbor so we got in touch with them. I spoke with Martin who was very pleasant to speak to. He arranged for a representative to call and see us. Claire arrived on time and smartly dressed. She spoke to us in a way that made the info about the lift and benefits easy for us to understand. A very professional young lady. She measured and priced there and then. Mum was happy to order it and within a couple of days it was fitted by John who again was respectful and very professional. The lift only took 2 to 3 hrs to fit and without any mess. Mum loves the lift, it’s made life so much easier for her. We would have no hesitation in recommend Leodis. I can recommend this company 100%. (Littleborough Branch). They were fantastic from start to finish and was able to urgently fit my mothers stairlift. Allan was extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The stairlift looks brand new as we decided to choose the reconditioned one which I am so glad we did as its working perfectly and we are very pleased with it. Thank you once again for all your help!
