Shame I need to give one star. Nothing arrived, scam.
I contacted my bank to get the payment back.

purchased 2 pair of glasses one pair has defective lenses making them useless was told a replacment pair would be sent out that was in sep still no glasses i would not recomend to buy from you as the 30 day return is all lies

I have only pressed 1 star as I couldn’t write a review without clicking on a star. This company and its employees are disgraceful. I ordered 2 pairs that took ages to arrive. On receipt of the glass found them to be absolutely useless. I sent an email requesting a return and refund. The process was an absolute joke. And I’ve not heard back. Do Not buy from this company they are absolutely disgusting and ripoff merchants. You are better off buying cheap reading glasses from a supermarket. To the employees working for LensEVO I don’t know how you sleep at night ripping off people as specially pensioners like myself.

I foolishly believed their sales pitch, it was pure snake oil. The cheap and poorly made glasses arrived after I had parted with my £26. They were not fit for purpose. I could neither read a book, or a car number plate at 20M. When you ask for money back you are required to complete a difficult form, uploading unnecessary photographs. The only way to communicate is via a clever bit of AI called Lily. Lily's sole purpose is to defer your complaint. The company is not registered with company house and you cant ( I tried ) identify the CEO to take them to the small claims court. THIS IS A SCAM, dont get caught. Steve

Very poor quality glasses and disappointing customer service
The glasses are of very poor quality, and the lenses do not work as advertised. I am unable to see properly when wearing them, making both pairs practically unusable.
The customer service has also been extremely disappointing, with difficulties getting a satisfactory response and no clear or proper refund policy.
Based on my experience, the advertising appears misleading, and I feel that customers are not receiving the quality of products they are promised. I am extremely dissatisfied and would not recommend this company to others.

Do even think of buying from this company. Who ever this Lily is i was in contact with is useless. Tried to return 2 pairs of glasses for 4 weeks they would not give me return address. I'm out of pocket £29.99 being an O.A.P. as well.. Brenda Pryor

What a load of rubbish. Cheap plastic design.Dangerous to wear when driving. Causes headaches when using. Not fit for purpose. Will take this further.

Like many other customers I have had nothing but problems trying to claim my money back, the glasses are less than useless both pair of glasses arms snapped without any pressure just putting them on, it's wrong that some low life company is allowed to advertise products that are not fit for purpose, DO NOT PURCHASE THESE GLASSES.

This is a scam company they added additions to my order that were not requested by me the product is no better than buying a cheap set of glasses from the market for a fiver DO NOT BUY TOTAL SCAM

This company is a complete scam ordered one pair of glasses on the 6th of June they arrived!! But are no use as you can’t see through them ,i have been trying for a refund ever since but have been fobbed of with promises of a refund!!!! Nothing DO NOT TRUST!!!

I ordered the frames for my dad but have found that they are unsuitable for him. I have been requesting a returns label since 31st August 2026 which was well within the 14 days of receiving the item but still no one has got back to me with my request. I have chased them about 3 times now but no response. They keep sending me marketing emails but not what I am waiting to receive. They just want keep my money and leave me with an unsuitable item.

Nearly 2 weeks on and still no correspondence if order has been processed or even if sent tried emailing several times with no response even ask for refund still no response, think it's a con do not buy from them wished I had read reviews first

I ordered these stupid glasses before I checked TRUSTPILOT, unfortunately. But I never opened the package at all and got in touch with someone called Lily who said it would be easy to return as long as I filled out the return form she emailed me. I found my order okay with my name. Then when the form asks for my phone number I used when ordering, which I did!! Then right after entering my phone number, the form would NOT accept my phone number! They are a bunch of scammers and liars. DO NOT HAVE ANY THING TO FO WITH THEM. I've been ripped off by £59.90. BASTARDOS!!

The glasses were a nasty cheap piece of plastic probably costing around 50p. They don't work and when I complained was treated to a load of stalling tactics. I have now plced a case with PayPal for full recovery of the money, The company is complete fraud and under no circumstances should you place an order with them.

What a rip off.glasses cheap .don't work at all as Lensevo say they should. dont waste your money.i am trying to send them back but all I get is they are gonna contact me.what a load off rubbish still waiting over 2 weeks later.

Hi gust received two pairs of glasses and I wouldn’t bother wasting my money because I can’t see to read my phone won’t be wasting my money any more

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! They give you 14 days from the date of purchase to return for a refund.. it takes nearly 14 days for delivery so you've got no choice but to keep glasses that DON'T do as advertised. When you email to return (within 14 days) the cheaply made not fit for purpose glasses, they take days to reply and try to convince you to not only keep the glasses that you won't use, but they try to get you to buy more with a 30% discount (why the hell would i want more glasses that will go in the bin).. so with them prolonging contact and trying to scam you even more it takes you past 14 days. absolutely laughable, diabolical!!!

Absolutely terrible glasses. How they have the cheek to charge 30 pounds for these is beyond me.. Avoid at all costs and do not throw away your money..I can't see out of these glasses at any distance. Would have been better going to pound land... Total waste of money, do not buy as they are only fit for the bin!
