the courier you use is no good

the courier you use is no good. dx couriers. they told me they tried to deliver the item and i was not in and left a card. but they are lieing as i have cctv no one came to my house or left a card. after paying for a lot of phone calls i had to wate 2 more days for delivery

Jenny the customer service agent has a professional manner, polite and very engaging, fact checked all technical details relating to competitors products. I felt very confident in the company service and product lead times to place an order with them. By far the most competitive price in the UK.

Poor/no service

They sent the wrong battery. Despite numerous emails and voice messages left and attempts to get it replaced or get a refund I am no further on. No-one answers the phone and whilst I did get one reply to an email early on, there have been no comms from them since. If their website wasn't still operating I'd be assuming they have gone out of business.
I ended up going to Tayna batteries to get what I needed and they were excellent.
Whether I will ever be able to return the incorrect battery to Leisure Power and get my money back is anyone's guess...

Update on 23rd December 2022. I at last got a response from Leisure Power regarding returning the item. They have asked me to complete the returns form and pay £19.99 for their courier. So I am expected to pay to return the incorrect item that they sent out.
Update 30th December 2022. After raising a dispute via PayPal I received an apology and full refund.
