We've been with Sirus about 3 years now for our office phones and broadband. Anytime we've had an issue the support team have been quick to sort it. Ed originally set us up and made sure we were on the right package for our size. Good company to deal with.

Great experience
Our overall experience with Sirus has been great. Jordan and Dan set up the phone systems efficiently and answered all our questions with no problems.

Serious Lack of Customer Service & Communication
We joined Sirrus in December 2025. Ed, the sales manager, was a decent bloke who explained how everything would work, and initially it all sounded great, including some potential cost savings compared to our previous system. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives largely ended.
The installation itself went smoothly, but the engineer left before even a temporary divert was working properly. The system seemed fine for the first week or so, but then the call quality dropped dramatically. We now really struggle to understand calls on the supplied handsets.
We were told this is due to the broadband line rather than the phone system, as the broadband is supplied by another provider. However, we were under the impression that Sirrus would be handling the switch of both lines and broadband together, which turned out not to be the case. We have since been offered broadband through them at additional cost, which we feel should have been made clear and included as part of the original discussions.
We reported the call quality issues in early January 2026 and, as of the end of February 2026, we are still waiting for a proper resolution.
Based on our experience, I would recommend others carefully consider their options before committing to this provider.

Positive Outcome
Like a lot of businesses, leaving a positive review for a telecom company is not always easy! We spent a lot of time with John who explained what we needed, what we could have and let us decide the route we wanted. No hard sell and a plan that was very suitable for us.

Sirus have provided and maintained our security cameras for the past 4 years. Excellent service from the off and have never had a single issue. Knowledgeable sales staff and professional installers. Would highly recommend!

Was expecting the usual faff with installation etc but it was surprisingly painless. Up and running straightaway. Would recommend to anyone.
Avoid this company
Avoid this company. They are for you if you can afford extortionate rates applied 2 years into your contract unless you sign up for even longer than the 7 years you have been cajoled into. READ THE SMALL PRINT! Do not fall into the same trap as many other companies. They will not reduce the number of handsets, even if you have downsized your team. They are hard selling on another level
