Excellent customer service, on line chat helped with making sure I purchased the right replacement part I needed after having issues finding the right part elsewhere.

Easy to order and a quick delivery time would’ve been useful to put some instructions on the adhesive regards how long to leave the paper to soak whether to prime the wall with the adhesive et cetera

I ordered a new fridge shelf
I ordered a new fridge shelf, which was delivered, smashed in the very hard cardboard tube, which looked squashed, as if someone had stamped on it.
I reported it to the team, and they sent a new one, the same day that arrived within two days. and responded to emails on a Sunday. Great customer support!

I ordered salad drawer and shelf instead received two shelves yet dispatch note says as ordered
