No hesitation in providing a five star rating to Mandy and Mark regarding our purchase of a static caravan. Like all companies that wish to suceed, nothing was too much for them in assisiting us both before and after the transaction. They have set themselves a very high standard of service. Absolutely amazing first class service from start to finish. First contacted them via messenger, replied to us straight away. We arranged to view a caravan we'd seen on Facebook Marketplace.
They fitted around us rather than us having to fit round them. We'd loved the caravan through the pictures we'd seen. Not once where we pressured to buy as is often the case with sales people. Mandy left us to look around at our own pace. She explained about deposits and site fees etc. Then left us to think about it. We decided to go ahead as we fell in love with the quirky caravan.
Mandy then opened up the shop (it was actually her day off). The shop is fab and we'll worth a look if your passing. We paid the deposit and had everything explained to us. 48 hours later and we are the proud owners of a lovely caravan on a lovely site.
The shop has a fantastic array of caravans and lodges that are for sale, both on and off site. They can have an off site caravan sited for you or like we did chose one on site.
Would I use them again. YES . No sales pressure, just lovely down to earth people doing a first class job. 10/10 Well worth a visit to shop, wish I'd known about them in the past. Takes away the hassle of buying a caravan

Mandy introduced me to someone selling a lodge with professionalism and enthusiasm. The lodge had been for sale for 12 months with an Estate Agent but within a week of it being with Mandy we bought it.

Mandy and her team worked tirelessly to sell my caravan. Although my caravan was in very good condition the park it was on had very high site fees. Mandy advertised the caravan on several websites and social media, she kept me informed with regular updates on traffic and views etc. Mandy told me-to keep my nerve when I was going to reduce the price and she secured a sale at a good price.
She certainly works very hard for her fee.

It is rare for me to write a review about a company and in particular someone who is merely doing their job, but in this case it is a pleasure as Mark Roberts and his team went above and beyond what one would normally expect.
A search of the internet put me in touch with Caravan Estate Agent where we saw a static caravan which was of interest to us. I spoke to Mark Roberts who described the static and arranged to meet him the following day as we were already going to Conwy
On arrival we were taken to the static caravan which although previously owned , was in immaculate condition and clearly refurbished to a very high standard and looked like new.we were then taken on a tour of the site which was stunning.
Mark and his team were very professional and nothing was to much trouble for them there was no hard sell and did everything they could to help. We were absolutely in awe of what we found and decided to purchas the static and now cannot wait to get in

Excellent service from Mandy and Beth. I was a bit concerned because I hadn't seen my caravan advertised anywhere so I called into the Caravan Estate Agent and had a chat with Mandy and Beth. They soon put my mind at rest when they explained how the advertising works and showed me the results on the computer. In just 10 days my static caravan was sold. I am really happy with the results from this company and would recommend them to anyone who is selling or thinking of buying a caravan. Well worth the money. A big thank you to Mandy and Beth.

I was most concerned about selling my static caravan but received friendly and most importantly informative advice from Caravan Estate Agent. I fully expected to have to wait for at least 6 months before finding a buyer, but my caravan sold with 24 hours. I can highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to sell their static caravan. We met Mark who is very knowledgeable and helped us with our concerns as to this major purchase.
