Mandy was so helpful and helped me every step of the way Selling my caravan. I wish all businesses was as helpful and professional as Leisure Estate Agents I would recommend them to anyone selling or buying in the future.

Due to health issues and cost of living crisis we had to make the decision to sell our caravan. We approached our park sales team hoping they would be able to buy the caravan back, they were of no help, they advised us to sell the caravan privately as they were not buying caravans as they had too many second-hand caravans in stock. This was in October 2024, towards the end of season. We were not confident that we could sell our caravan before December 2024, when the site fees of £8,500. 00 would be due to cover next year’s site fees.
We searched on line and came across ‘Leisure Estate Agents’, filled in inquiry form online, within a couple of days, Mandy phoned and agreed to buy our caravan giving a reasonable trade price. Following that initial phone call, Mandy and Mark took the reigns and organized everything from dismantling the decking to removing the caravan from site. We did not have to worry about anything, it was all taken care of.
I would highly recommend ‘Leisure Estate Agents’, Mandy and Mark were so helpful and professional, kept us informed from start to finish.

I found myself needing to sell my holiday caravan privately as the site were only willing if to pay me a ridiculously low amount.
It all seemed very daunting until Mandy talked me through it all and patiently explained the process.

We had been on our current site for 25 years in a static caravan and wanted to upgrade to a lodge staying in our same position. Previous sales people told us it wasn’t possible and prices given for a caravan were astronomical. Within a day of speaking to Mark he had our new lodge organised at a fantastic price. Within 3 weeks our old caravan was taken away and new lodge was delivered, put in position and decking completed (included in the price) ready for us to move in. Delighted with our purchase. We felt able to contact Mark with any questions which were answered immediately and he had snagging work completed quickly and efficiently.

Excellent support from Mark whilst considering our lodge purchase. We had a never ending list of questions and queries and Mark always had the time and patience to answer them honestly and thoroughly. It took us a while to satisfy ourselves it was the right decision before concluding but Mark’s efforts contributed to the reassurance we required and is still supporting us post purchase - snagging and other queries etc

Having tried unsuccessfully for some time to sell my static caravan, saw an advert for Leisure Estate Agents visited their local office and was greeted by polite pleasant and helpful staff. The day after I had an inquiry about my van and it was sold at a very good price within a few days. Very happy with the experience.

We saw a lodge that we fell in love with via social media. Unbeknown to us at the time, it was being advertised by Mandy from Leisure Estate Agents, who we got in touch with. Mandy was brilliant throughout and arranged a viewing for us. She also acted as our negotiator with the seller on achieving a price we wanted to pay, and a price the seller wanted to achieve. She was brilliant. Today, I am sitting in our beautiful lodge in Devon writing this review - albeit a couple of months late
