Still awaiting refund - Over a week now!
I had to send back vapes because of a completely incorrect order and despite telling me I'll receive a refund for the postage I had to pay to send it, they still haven't done it and its been over a week now.
They've gone radio silent. Don't answer to reviews, don't answer to messages on Facebook, don't answer to emails.
Awful treatment of a regular customer. Last time I order through Legion of Vapers!

It is truly sad to hear a long time customer of ours has decided to leave due to an incorrect order.
Just to clarify a few bits for a fuller picture:
1. We are one of a few companies that provide a 48hr dead on arrival policy for disposables. On the last few orders we have replaced all faulty vapes without question.
Please remember we are the reseller and do not produce the disposable vapes ourselves.
2. Your one incorrect order of the many correct orders has been refunded on 06/12 which was placed on 04/12, this includes the postage as per policy.
3. You have made a choice to return the incorrect order via a special delivery and we have clearly stated, which is also online by the way, it needs to be returned 2nd class.
4. Your emails have been answered to. There has been times that this hasn't been fast enough and we take ownership of this. Let's not forget that half of our support team was hit with Covid and are fortunate to be alive which has been communicated online on the banner of our website.
5. Facebook messages- having replied to several of your messages there comes a time that repeating the same thing that is not being heard we cannot control. Unfortunately, there has been a breakdown in communication via FB due to the abusive language being used.
Unfortunately, we are unable to manage your expectations on this occasion and sincerely wish you the every best in your vaping journey.
Thank you for your support and we are grateful for the fact of being reminded that we are human and can make mistakes, in this case just the one for clarity.

I received my order next day, even though website says all orders dispatch before 1400 but i ordered around 1600 and still received it next day, i am very satisfied with their service.

Scammed with almost £80. Terrible customer service
Ordered some coils and a few bottles of eliquid at the end of August. According to UPS customs it was sent back to Legion of Vapers on September 5th. Havent recieved a refund ever since. Been going back and forth in over 10 emails. No reply since November 19. Almost £80 down the drain. 0/10 would not recommend
UPDATE: Thanks for the same response ive been hearing the past months. Nice way of saying cheers for the 80quid and nothing i can do about it

Unfortunately, we are not responsible for customs in each country. For your peace of mind we have chased UPS on several occasions to no avail. Until the parcel is physically sent back to us we are unable to process a refund.
As soon as this parcel lands back into our warehouse a refund will be processed. Unfortunately, there are certain things outside of our control for which we sincerely apologise for.

Pulse v3 problem
Had a mod (vandy vape V3) suffered an electrical malfunction, got in touch via Facebook messenger and explained my problem. I was told to send various bits of info to which I did. After a bit of back and fourth the issue was resolved and a new mod was sent out that day. Very helpful and very friendly in my opinion.

Great service all the time
I've been ordering from LegionofVapes for more than a year and the only dissatisfaction i ever had was from the Royal Mail postman that was too lazy to deliver to my door. Fast delivery and I was happy until things went wrong. The MOD I ordered didn't work 😔 (new and sealed so LOV weren't to know) However, the customer service I received after that was fab, new device arrived and I am now one happy vaper 😁
