Excellent. Purchased the Wotofo Recurve v2 RDA. Price was very reasobale and my order was processed yesterday morning which arrived safely today via DPD.
The recurve is working perfectly and considering your current staff problems due to illness the service was still really quick and professional.

Not received goods 2 wks after ordering no response from customer services
Ordered vape juices which they sent out with courier who said we refused them have sent 2x emails to customer services with no reply
1st one was sent 11 days ago 2nd about 4 days ago 2 weeks after order and I'm still £50 out of pocket with no sign of getting the product or refund

ordered a few items on 13 october (it is now 10 nov)
sent out via RM tracked never arrived, i initially made a complaint to RM getting a reference number, but afyer 10 days because it is RM tracked the onus is on the sender as i can't make the claim as the reciever, at first they LOV were replying to emails and came across sincere with there replies, i gave them the relevent details needed to persue this.
the last response i recieved was was on the 25 of october by Amit their MD saying
'We are slightly different to this and our promise to you is that you shall receive your order even if we have to dispatch this again.
Yes, sales are important for any company however nurturing relationships and supporting those who have supported us is more important in my opinion.
Please be rest assured that we are looking into this on a daily basis,'
since then I have not recieved any replies and seem to be ignoring me now,
i have checked my spam mail just in case.
in the past i havn't had issues.
4 weeks later and nothing still.
very poor customer service
£54 this order was for.

I just need to address the point made about not being replied to- in fact we have responded to this. The mistake we have made is that it took longer than usual. This has been due to a death in the team from Covid 19.
What I can also confirm is that a full refund has been made back to you with a discount code should you wish to order and give us a chance again.
We have always been responsive with yourself but sometimes life throws the unexpected and losing member of staff has shocked the whole team to say the least.
We sincerely apologise for the time taken to respond and do hope that the refund processes itself as quickly as possible.

Brilliant company
Found this company online and placed an order as they were the only ones who supplied the vape I wanted in the colour I was after, and a great price as well! I was pleasantly surprised as the order arrived 24hrs after it was shipped and everything was perfect! Very pleased with the service and the website is very easy to navigate! Just placed another order today and will only be using this company from now on! 100% recommend!

Company has disappeared on me after issue with order.
They made an error on my delivery address and RoyalMail had to return the parcel to sender. I made a large order to allow free shipping however the company wants me to pay £4 to redeliver however I refused as it’s unfair. Upon requesting cancellation of order, they have disappeared and not responded to my emails for 2.5 weeks. Appalled.

As a gesture of goodwill we resent the parcel without charging you. Funny enough it came back. Unfortunately, we will not pay for the shipping on the third time and have refunded your order.
Had you been honest in the beginning and given your correct address we would not had asked for a payment for re-dispatching.
Sometimes no matter what a company does to help its customer it’s still always the companies fault.

Honest review
I bought a vaporesso armour max kit from here and noticed what looked like rust on the top of the screw-in part of the mod, I contacted customer services via email on 01/11/23 and have not had a reply yet, I saw on the website that the customer service are all sick with covid so I gave them a few extra days from the stated 24 hour response time and still no reply! On the plus side the postage was very quick.

I found LOV website by chance after being let down by another company. The website is easy to use and the payment system is just as easy. Wide range of products and amazing prices. Won't be using anywhere else but LOV from now on. Can't wait for my order to arrive this week. This will be my 5th order.

Great Service, Simple to Navigate site and easy payment process.
Have placed 2 orders which were both great. My last order was on Wednesday 01/11/2023 which arrived the very next day. This has been a great experience with great service standards.
Website is simple to navigate and the payment process could not be any easier.

I placed 2 orders on the 22nd october…
Got off in the wrong foot with this company so i am amending my review!!!
I placed 2 orders on the 22nd october 2023 i paid for dpd delivery 1 to 2 days.
I received 1 order but not the other,i contacted them and told them i have 1 order delivered and surely i should of had my other order the same time.
I had an email back saying they contacted DPD and my package was lost or missing and was not scanned by DPD.
They apologised for it and sent me out another order and i am more than happy with the customer service,the courier was at fault not the company 😁👍🏻.
