Love my new lighting! Would recommend again and again as I've never seen lights like this!

Good product and fast delivery but didn’t come with any screws to fix the clips which was a bit frustrating when going to do the job then have to go find screws 10 mins after starting.

Super Service and a super product. We opted for a seamless natural white as a replacement for our previous led spot plinth lighting. We already had the sockets under the kitchen units so it was then a matter of measuring the runs and the gaps in-between, LEDspace took my plan and measurements and sent through the individual sets all soldered in the correct places for me to then stick to the underside of the cupboards and was a relatively easy install and the finished result was very pleasing. Couple of things to note the surface you are sticking to needs to be clean, grease free, DRY! and would benefit from a very light sand. Secondly the corner solder joints are generous so provides some flexibility if the sizes are not precise because the strip runs have to be cut to the nearest 5cms. We were worried it would look odd as our dishwasher is situated in the middle of one of our runs but the glow of lights either side make it fine

Very disappointed. Those connector blocks are useless as it lights up different colour to rest, customer service have mentioned them been fault but wasting whole day to do 1 led is ridiculous, and even then I gave up. Ordered new set. Exactly the same. They are so adamant that all LEDs are tested but they are so crap that after ten minutes all of sudden you will end up with dead area or different colour.
So now I had cut the led longer so connector point is away from show so that it don’t show up when it’s on.

I had a really positive experience with my purchase recently and the customer care went over and beyond to help me out. I feel the delivery charges could be a bit more reasonable but overall it was a good value for money and will definitely use them again in the future.

Shockingly poor communication. No Phone number and despite 3 requests for a call they vendor simply responded to questions (Incorrectly and incomplete) via email.

In my experience, sellers are usually prepared to make a call to a customer who is placing a large order and wants some technical advice before doing so.

I can only imagine the aftercare is even worse than this so I will be buying my products elsewhere.
