What a wonderful company, ordered an item, i provided wrong billing address, they picked it up, refunded me straight away, ordered item again, arrived NEXT DAY!! Best company i have dealt with on this journey ( and there has been a few ), won't go anywhere else from now on.

Absolutely 10/10 service from these guys helped me order an AC Infinity fan kit. It arrived today quickly and well boxed on time. It’s serious bit of kit and really cool to have a UK stockist.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to anyone and we will pretty much guaranteed be using them again.

Bought an item on clearance page. Brand new & unopened. All I could see wrong with it was the cardboard box was slightly faded. Slightly! Bargain!

This company has no customer service, I have been lied to and accused breaking something that is a technical fault after two months of operation.
I expected better from an Ac Infinity stockest but they wouldn't accept returns and clearly have no knowledge of what they are selling by the Google search help I have received.
Now I am left with faulty goods that I can not operate. If you are looking for grow equipment definitely look else where.
Blaming me for not setting something up correctly while you have no understanding or knowledge of the product you are selling and then ask to send it back so yous can look at it is not happening. This is a very accurate description of your business, not to be trusted. I have contacted the manufacturer of the products as the service you provided is simply Google searches is not good enough. Same I have to give 1 star. THIS BUSINESS IS A STEP ABOVE A SCAM

Decided to use LED Grow Shop as they had all the products I wanted in stock, communication from start to finish was excellent and I received rapid responses to any questions I had.

As a first time customer i called them on a SUNDAY! spoke to a guy called Harry. He dealt with my issue promptly and professionally. Absolutely second to none. As I dont have a hydro store that's open or contactable on a Sunday.

First purchase at this shop, it was an amazing experience!
I learnt about Led Grow Shop on the web, and I was looking to upgrade my indoor greenhouse with shelves to a more streamlined and automated set up!
Hence I have decided to pull the trigger on a AC Infinity Grow Tent and few other accessories.
I grow basil and other culinary herbs, as well as tomatoes indoor and being unable to maintain stable conditions (and avoid dry air) in my shelves is causing me some troubles this year, plants are quite stressed.
Anyway, as always with any first purchases in shop you've never buying anything before, there's always some unconscious concern about the whole experience.
Reassured by TrustPilot I pulled the trigger.
Made the purchase at 2.30pm, dispatched after 30-45 mins!
That was incredible.
Received the tracker afterwards, shipped with DPD, which I have found it's one of the best couriers in my area (London).
Always on time, live tracking of the courier, never messing any shipment.
I haven't had the chance to try the products, but will update the review once done.
So far, I can only say good things about this shop.
Great work also for Customer Service as I've realised right after the purchase I had remove a product from the cart after clicking on Pay.
Messaged the CS and they replied almost straight away!
Unfortunately the packing team was so efficient they weren't able to add anything to the package.
Not a problem at all, and I prefer having such rapid and smooth shipment experience to be honest.
The missing product probably is not needed, and I can always order it in a separate purchase.

Don't normally leave feedback because most places get by with giving you just the minimum... these guys have been amazing on more than one occasion. I have had difficulty sorting the controller (69 wifi) and the guys gave me so much help and time over WhatsApp, went through all the possibilities with me, very professional and I felt like a valued customer rather than an idiot who didn't know what he was doing, this goes miles!!!
I'm so happy with the customer service that I think all my future purchases will now be with these guys, the piece of mind is so incredibly valuable so thank you guys so much. 100% recommend this company and the staff!!
