I bought a Le Creuset frying pan and lid in 1976. It has lasted well all this time but a few days ago I dropped the lid and the handle shattered. Next time I tried to use it I got a steam burn trying to lift the handle off the pan so I emailed Le Creuset. Not only do they still stock the handles but they have offered to replace the handle free of charge and it is currently in the post to me. I had offered to buy one but they are happy to send me one. That hardly ever happens in this world driven by success and money and it has quite restored my faith in people and companies. Thank you Le Creuset.

Le Creuset products are great but their customer service is even better! We had a problem with a pan which was sorted very professionally and promptly.

I needed the whistle fixing on my much loved Le Creuset kettle. Le Creuset were speedy at getting in touch with me and requested a set of photos and then for me to send the kettle back as it was still within its 5 year warranty.
I came back from holiday amazed to find they had replaced not only the whistle but the whole kettle!
Amazing customer service, and polite too! Thanking me for taking the time to respond to their requests.
Customer service doesn't get better than this!

I ordered 2 expensive mugs from the Le Creuset UK website. They were badly packed and one broke in transit. I immediately contacted the company by email and was put into a warranty returns process. I complied with their requests for photographs of the problem but pointed out that I was not making a warranty claim, I was exercising my right, as a consumer, to be supplied with goods that were fit for purpose. Today they replied that, normally, they would require the affected item to be returned for a claim but, because I'd sent photos, they would waive that requirement and send a replacement mug. No apology for inconvenience, no indication that they problem was with their poor packing, just a condescending tone and a sense that the problem was mine. No suggestion that, since the problem was with their packing (2 china mugs wrapped together and free to clatter against each other), they would pay for any return. A nasty experience, I won't buy direct from Le Creuset again.

I can honestly say this company seriously delivers on everything.Not only are their products absolutely amazing the after care service provided by this company is outstanding.
In a day and age when we are constantly battling companies for decent quality of goods and after care service I can honestly say these guys are the best .
Yes slightly more expensive but you get what you pay for and in my view money very well spent a true investment product ❤️

We have owned a large Le Creuset casserole for about 25 years and have always been impressed by its quality. When we recently contacted Le Creuset about a replacement part, their response was exceptionally helpful and generous. We were hugely impressed that a company should provide such thoughtful support so long after the original purchase. A superb product, backed by genuinely exceptional customer care.

Helpful and efficient

I had a very, very old cast iron grill that somehow cracked. Even though it was bought many years ago, prior to their current guarantee commitment, they reviewed the item and offered a replacement as a courtesy. They responded promptly, efficiently and courteously and provided a solution far beyond my expectation. Would highly recommend.

Lifetime Guarantee is a myth – shifting excuses over flaking enamel.
I am extremely disappointed with Le Creuset UK’s complete failure to honour their Lifetime Guarantee on a 24cm cast iron pot (a historic Cousances piece, a line acquired by Le Creuset in 1957).
The interior glass enamel is actively flaking off, creating a severe product safety hazard as sharp enamel particles risk ingesting into food.
Instead of addressing this safety issue, customer service has provided a series of contradictory and shifting excuses to deny a replacement:
1. First, claiming the item was simply too old to be covered.
2. Next, claiming the pot was unrecognised/counterfeit because of its square handles (ignoring their own brand history with Cousances).
3. Finally, claiming "overheating" after inspecting the physical pot.
After weeks of no resolution and complete silence across their support and social media channels, I have been forced to formally escalate this matter and document the entire paper trail publicly.
A brand built on heritage and premium lifetime commitments should stand behind the safety and quality of its cookware. Avoid relying on the "Lifetime Guarantee"—it appears to exist in name only.

One of my Le Creuset cat iron pans had developed a crack which made it unusable. After contacting Le Creuset helpline they asked me to send it back so that they could inspect it. I was provided with a pre-paid label for this and duly sent it back. After a few days, I received a further email from a member to the Le Creuset helpline team asking me to choose an equivalent new replacement pan from their website. I chose the new pan and this was received by me approx 4 days after letting Le Creuset know my choice. The customer service that I have received regarding this issue (and one I had earlier whereby a pan handle had broken and was replaced) has been exceptional and I cannot praise Le Creuset and their Helpline team highly enough. All costs have been borne by Le Creuset and it is so refreshing to deal with a company where customer service and satisfaction (along with quality of product) are a top priority. I would not hesitate to recommend Le Creuset products to anyone in the future.
