Smooth experience and excellent service

I bought a Le Creuset non-stick frying pan several years ago. It was supposedly covered by a lifetime warranty. After several years of use, and despite carefully following all the care and usage instructions provided in the manual, the pan is now fit for the bin: the coating has started to blister and is no longer usable.

We paid around £130 for this pan, which is a considerable amount of money for a frying pan.

Based on this experience, I would not particularly recommend Le Creuset products, with the exception of their famous casserole dishes, which remain a solid choice. For the rest, I honestly think the brand is overpriced for the quality and durability of some of its products. A very disappointing experience, especially considering the price we paid.

Amazing response from Le Creuset when I asked for help with my pepper grinder that stopped grinding
I didn't have a receipt as I'd bought it several years ago but Carla at Customer Service was very helpful in talking me through my options as the colour wasn't available any more.

Excellent customer service from Carla and Le Creuset

I had an issue with a Le Creuset salt mill that had broken, and I have to say I was incredibly impressed with how pleasantly and efficiently it was handled.

Le Creuset took the faulty mill back and replaced it quickly and without any fuss. The whole process was straightforward, friendly and speedy, exactly the kind of customer service you hope for when something goes wrong.

It’s lovely to see a company stand behind its products and make the customer experience so easy.

It's great to see a company who cares about their customers. I contacted the support line after my new cereal bowl chipped away after it's first use. They were really helpful and provided top of the class customer service. After a few steps via email, they sent me a new bowl. Keep up the good work Le Creuset, I wish more companies were like you!

We weren't expecting the level of assistance and kindness that Le Creuset provided. We only needed to purchase a replacement tea pot lid for one we had broken and they kindly sent us a whole new teapot free of charge. This was incredible after sales servic.
