I ordered leather trousers in a ‘jeans style’. When they arrived (rolled like a burrito - very creased) the leather was shiny and looked cheap. The fit was not good - the waist is so high they look odd. I emailed the company 3 times to ask if they’d lower the waist and was told to find a tailor in my area. Definitely do not recommend!

Bought a pair of leather trousers for myself and a skirt for my wife, both were top quality and soft leather. Communication was excellent and didn't take long to arrive. Both items fitted very well with the measurements given.

After reassuring me the measurements they suggested were correct, I'm more than pleased to report the slim fit leather jeans I ordered are the best fitting article of clothing I've ever purchased. Seriously!
I've no doubt either myself, or my partner, will contact them again at some time in the future. Many thanks. Stewart

Muhammad contacted me to check measurements for the coat I'd requested .. arm measurements, requested length etc. A few weeks later the coat arrived and was a perfect fit for my wife, well made and good quality leather.

Product is amazing for the money but did take a little long to come but am very happy and will use this company again

Once they have your money and your measurements they can claim an item is custom made and refuse to accept a return.

Read there polcy page carefully, not the FAQs page.

They refused to cancel my order. They claimed the item was custom made and they'd already began work.

I package arrived from Pakistan. They refused to accept return of the order on the grounds it was custom made, despite me never giving them custom measurements.

Because I had recieved the item I was not covered by PayPal buyer protection.

I had to take them to court to get a refund.

Very happy with this jacket, nice material and well made, and for a great price.
The seller contacted me to confirm measurements and it fits really well.

I ordered a bag for £55.00 for my Dads Birthday and wondered why it took 2 weeks to arrive.....
The package arrives with a Chinese Label....hmmm, i thought you were in Luton?.

So i've checked only to find this £55.00 bag on all the Chinese websites for £10-£15.00.

Have asked my Credit Card company for a charge back - This company is a SCAM.

Very diligent about getting sizing correct. Fast turn around from order to delivery. Quick response to ant query.

ABSOLUTE STREET MARKET QUALITY JACKET HE SENT TO ME AND EXPECTED ME TO SUCK IT UP AND BE £140.00 OUT OF POCKET. THIS IS WHY I USED PAYPAL TO PROTECT ME FROM THESE TYPE OF ONLINE TRADERS. PAYPAL REFUNDED ME IN FULL BUT I WASTED LITERALLY 3 WEEKS WITH THIS CON ARTIST TRYING TO GET MY MONEY BACK. HE NEEDS TO REMOVE THE TOM FORD JACKET OFF HIS WEBSITE AND ONLY ADVERTISE WHAT HE IS CAPABLE OF MAKING, BUT HE WONT BECAUSE HE WILL BE EXPOSED FOR THE LOW QUALITY CHEAP BADLY DESIGNED GOODS THAT HE ONLY HE IS CAPABLE OF PRODUCING. BE WARNED!! DO NOT GO NEAR THIS TRADER.

They are a perfect fit and look amazing on and feel even better.

The quality of the product was absolutely first class. The leather motorbike trousers were beautifully made and fit superbly.
