Total scam
Total scam! Not as the picture shows and it’s made and sent from Pakistan while it says that it is from England. Extra fees after the delivery and I will never even think about going back to order more. The shearling was also made out of fleece and not real animal skin.

2. Regarding delivery charges, we do not add extra fees for standard delivery. Any additional costs only apply if a faster shipping option is selected.
3. You mentioned that the issue was due to an allergy to the jacket's fur. However, the jacket itself had no problems such as incorrect size, stitching issues, or poor quality.
4. We understand you requested a refund because of the allergy, but as explained earlier, this is not covered under our return policy. While we respect and sympathize with your situation, a refund was not possible in this case.
