Went above and beyond. I purchased a UFO swing for my children last year and unfortunately one of the ropes had snapped and the other 3 were fraying. I emailed learning space to see if they could help me out somehow. Two weeks later I had received a full set of 4 new ropes for the swing and the children were over the moon. Learning space had got in touch with the manufacturer and sorted it all out for me. I’m very thankful, especially to Dave.

I tried to order online but was not able to so I did it over the phone and she was nuthing but helpful I ordered 17 items and was not rushed in any way thank you for your quick and easy response

When originally ordering the customer service was great but do not expect any of your items to arrive anytime after that I placed my order at the beging of the month alot said 5 to 7 days upon ordering so far I've received 1 an I ordered several.
I have emailed customer service on occasions about parcels with no response.

I placed my order and unfortunately received a damaged item HOWEVER I emailed the info@ address for help and Dave went above and beyond to help me resolve the issue as unfortunately the item was discontinued. I had chosen a replacement item that was slightly higher in value however Dave was so kind to send it to me with no extra cost to myself. Very friendly, prompt and helpful service. Highly recommend

I was referred to learning space to get supplies for my new start up messy play business! I was feeling quite overwhelmed and didn’t know where to start! Luckily Philip contacted me immediately and led me through the whole process from choosing the right products for my venture to putting the order through! He continuously contacted me to see if there was anything else I needed or if I had any questions!
I called up a few times with questions and had the pleasure of speaking to Dan on the phone who helped with every query and sorted any issues I was having! As I was in a rush to get my things, the Learning space staff found solutions for me to make the process quick and worked around my needs!
I’ve received the first lot of my order and I’m so happy with the quality of the products and can’t wait to use them in my sessions! The black out tent was recommended by Phil and it is exactly what I need for my sessions!

I had to update an address change which took awhile to update on the system via family fund. Dave was very patient and helpfull throughout and always replied to my messages, also rang me to update. Once this was sorted the order went through smoothly. Will definitely order items from here again and can say the customer service was great.
