Great experience buying from Learning SPACE online today , we was ordering quite a few Sensory toys after being awarded a grant to suit our disabled son’s learning and educational needs well when I initially spoke with a gentleman on how to log in to the site I got some amazing customer service and help which I was over the moon with especially compared to some retailers who we have bought from before, so off I went and looked in as kindly advised how to do and it worked with ease and started shopping, the choice was amazing I could of spent so much the choice was amazing, and we struggled to get things to suite our son’s disability needs everywhere else.
When I finished I put my order through and that was done with ease !
Minutes later I received a call from Carole at Learning SPACE about to just ‘confirm’something on the delivery NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE RIGHT THERE from start to finish What a fantastic team they have at Learning SPACE !!

I had the pleasure of speaking to a lovely lady called Georgina after being awarded a grant for my disabled daughter, the grant was quickly accepted to my account and we chose a number of sensory items and a trampoline which my daughter absolutely loves, we chose a fish lamp for my daughter and she is absolutely amazed by it.

This is a great shop for all your sensory products and more and the staff is very helpful Andy in learning space in particular has been absolutely amazing he has helped me and my child so much with his experience and advice and knowledge I couldn't have got through the last few years without him and he helped my husband understand our child's sensory needs and he explained in so much detail that no one else has ever explained we where given a diagnoses of autism and left to it and Andy has been a life saver I'm ever so grateful to have met him and I done his course on sensory and it's amazing and helps you to understand your child better he is a real treasure to learning space and helps so many people I can't say enough I'm ever do grateful

Where do I even begin?! I spoke to an absolutely amazing advisor Georgina who was such a lovely and friendly person. She helped me find the exact items which were perfect for my daughters sensory space. I was slightly over budget but with Georgina’s sharp eyes she spotted something which not only brought me under budget but we could also add something else on which still kept us under budget!! All I can say is a huge thank you to Georgina, my experience on the phone with you was an absolute delight and just thank you for helping me!!

I had spoken to a lovely girl Georgina from Learning space to complete a recent order for my sons and she was so helpful and nothing was an issue. I was very grateful for everything she done for me. She is an absolute credit to the company.

Had a grant from Family Fund to spend at Learning Space and when I accidentally missed the deadline they very kindly rang me to let me know they would extend it so we didn't miss out! Very grateful!

I'm so grateful for this company making toys that our children can love. I used to struggle finding sensory toys online but thanks to Family Fund we got a grant to spend at the store and I was so overwhelmed with how much stuff was on there and how much we could spend. We got a mixture of different sensory toys and my son loved every single one. They also really help him to learn new things. Thank you! I'll definitely be using this company again for future purchases

The team at Learning Space are so easy to deal with they answered every question that we had and were able to recommend products that best suited the needs of our young people. I would highly recommend Learning Space for all your sensory needs, we now have a sensory room that kids love to go into to relax.

I had a family fund grant for Learning Space. It was so simple to use the grant online, the selection of available toys and items to help with autism was amazing. We have managed to set up a little sensory area for our 2yo using the dark den cube, Tonie box and star lights box. She has the fish bubble tube by her bed and it's helping with bed times and falling asleep.
Had to call to ask for the tracking number as it hadn't been sent and spoke to Sinead who was awesome, she sent the tracking number straight away and then I emailed to let her know that the parcel was not treated great in transit and she emailed back straight away to say she would contact the courier.
All the products were great, customers services fantastic. Will definitely be using them again when we have a bigger house

As a SEND teacher I have used Learning Space plenty of times to purchase resources for my classroom. I can not recommend them enough - their products are amazing and are always delivered quickly and efficiently. If you’re in need of any sort of SEN resource I would highly recommend purchasing through Learning Space ☺️
