Whatever your goal this gym hits the mark
Ged and lean to life was recommended to me and I haven’t looked back. Joining the programme has been a life line for me and one that I am committed too. Whilst I have trained for years the last 3 have been a struggle…. Hitting peri menopause completed altered my drive and energy levels. Knowing exercise is good for my mental health I decided to try the programme. In short this has given me what I needed, a small gym with no judgement, a tailored programme, like minded individuals as well as a warm welcome. Regardless of fitness level this gym is perfect if you are looking to train, get the job done do so knowing that you have a personal tailored approach and knowing that when you go every piece of equipment is available, set out just for you and ready to go. With this approach I now commit to 3 times per week, it’s all done in 45-60 mins and wow the difference it’s made me feel. My attitude to exercise is no longer about achieving the perfect bod but training for longevity, strength and mental well-being and Ged and his programme is perfect. The app, nutritional guidance complements what he does perfectly and you can tap in to as much as you need, so whatever your goal this gym hits the mark. Can’t recommend highly enough. Thanks Ged, this has really been my life line and what I need to feel good about myself! Thoroughly enjoying every single session, being pushed in a structured way is perfect!
