Hi Zoe! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I completely understand how important it is to be able to access your medication as soon as possible. In your state, after approval, you have to submit your annual payment of $50 to the state and confirm that they have the correct mailing address for you. Once completed, the card is mailed to you via USPS. I apologize for any confusion or inconvenience caused. My Certification
The process was very smooth. I followed the instructions and got my consultation. I was approved. However, there was a hiccup in my approval submitted. After a few emails it was straitened out. Since then, I will add, they have reached out several times to be sure I am able to finish getting the card. Think it was just one of those things... 😊

Overall everything was great
Overall everything was great. The process was easy. To be honest the discount was the real reason I went with you. I'm on a fixed income so it helped a lot. The only negative was I didn't feel like the doctor was really interested.
