I just want a refund. The site is garbage, the staff not helpful, and the doctors must be total idiots, since they are unable to place a call.

For Starters My Card was Charged $40.91…
For Starters My Card was Charged $40.91 Without My Authorization, I was at your Grand Opening Last Wednesday, I used my Card I Did Not Authorize, then I received a Call from a Joe Durink stating that I would receive My Medical Call By Monday. I Never Received the Card and it's about to be Monday Again. There was nothing in writing regarding the $40.91 is for the Doctor Approval

Hello Antoinette! Thank you for leaving us feedback so that I can clarify. While we do not have any physical locations, I see you signed up with a discount code from our partner dispensary. The discount code made the certification free, but there was a technical error that caused an email to go out stating that you were billed $45. I have reviewed our system to confirm that you were not billed at all by Leafwell, as we actually do not have your payment details on file. In your state, once approved by the provider, you must complete the state registration. It can take the state 30 days to process your application and for patients to receive the approval email. I apologize for any confusion regarding the process, and for the technical issue. I will notify our escalation team and asked that one of them reach out to see if they can assist. If you have questions before they reach out, please email us at support@leafwell.com.

The website and forms were very easy to use and understand. The video dr appt was scheduled promptly and the doctor was professional and concise. A very straightforward and easy process.
