Hello Jenny! Thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. We are sorry to hear the card has not been received yet. In your state, once the annual fee has been submitted (unless you qualify for a waiver), the card is mailed and received within 1-2 weeks. I completely understand how important it is for you to receive your card so that you can access your medication. Small glitch but they resolved it quickly
There was a snafu in getting my card; reached out their customer service was top-notch and they got it taken care of very quickly, so I got my card nearly as fast as I expected.

In your state, after approval, the state sends an email with the digital certification/card needed to purchase your medication at your local dispensary. If the certification/card has not been received, outreach to the state may be needed. I will notify our escalations team and ask that one of them reach out to you to assist. The Dr. visit was quick and easy. She was kind and helpful. They filed with the State the same day and then I finished up online. Smooth sailing all the way.
