Leafwell hands out renewal cards for Pennsylvania
Leafwell hands out renewal cards for the state of PA. However if you join their membership program for their discounts “up to 30%” for flower. Pennsylvania is not included. Tried to get a refund after paying for the full year.Customer service denied me. Would not even work with me.
WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN. WILL NOT REFER. THEM TO MY FRIENDS.

As outlined in the membership terms and conditions, when a certification discount is used, the discounted amount must be repaid before the membership can be canceled. Once that amount is settled, we are able to cancel your subscription and refund any membership fees that have been charged.

I had appointment online scheduled with…
I had appointment online scheduled with provider to renew my prescription. I stood waiting for hours to never get seen. I rescheduled appt for next day. Same thing happened again. I started a chat with support team for them to say provider isnt available until following week. Then why make appointment slots available for.a provider who isnt available?!! I asked to speak to a manager and ofcourse they didnt.

I completely understand how valuable your time is and how frustrating this is. Our escalation team would love to speak with you, and to see if there is anything they can do to turn this situation around. I didn't see an email address associated with this review to provide to them, and due to HIPAA we aren't able to reach out to patients who we believe had an issue without being able to verify information on their chart (such as a name and email address). If you would like to speak to our escalation team, please send an email to us at support@leafwell.com with the subject of "Outreach to Escalations" so that the message can be forwarded to the correct team. At that time, please allow 24-48 hours for them to reach back out to you for assistance.

I understand how important it is to be able to access your medicine promptly, and I apologize for any delay or inconvenience caused. In your state, you should receive an approval email from the state within 30 days of submitting your application. After you have been approved and have completed the "patient self-evaluation", you are able to reach out to your chosen medical dispensary to schedule your initial consultation with the pharmacist on site.
