Fantastic quality and service. We ordered Lancaster jet black in Elegance range, FD30 doors and some snazzy handles and latches for a project we are completing. The doors were well priced, the quality and finish are excellent, pre-finished which saves time on decoration, and look incredibly premium (alikened to a 5 star hotel). We found Millie in particular to be absolutely fantastic, we accidentally under ordered, but she was able to get a replacement to us without any issue or penalty (same price as previous). We had a slight issue with the courier company damaging one of the doors, but once again, Millie rescued us with a speedy replacement.
We are a property services company, trading 13 years, and for a new relationship with Leaders trade, its 10/10 from us.

Great sent me out some free samples of flooring to show my customer really good quality so easy to order and pay online will definitely be using them again

The doors arrived damaged and were returned immediately upon delivery. We were assured that a refund would be processed within five working days — that was over a year ago. Despite numerous follow-up conversations and repeated promises from the company that the refund would be issued, it has never materialised. We’ve now had to take the matter to the small claims court in order to recover our money.

Continually given the wrong information, promised on delivery dates, told it was in stock then I paid my money, then it didn’t turn up.
Reputation saved by great lady called Millie who pulled out all the stops to get it sorted.

Only 3 stars this time due to the fact I ordered the flooring showing stock -payment made. But no one told me the flooring was out of stock when I was expecting it this week. Normally the service is excellent.

Setting up an account was really easy, as was ordering and the delivery time was really good from the other side of Britain. Fantastic!

Very happy with our experience with Leader Doors. We have an issue with something out of stock and they managed to find some for us so we could get our project underway. Delivery was also super fast

Great product range but expensive delivery service. Generally pleased with my door too, but its much more lightweight and flimsy, which is very surprising being a glazed door. Looked to order another door but put off by shipping cost being 2/3 the cost of the door!

Great quality of the products, and service, we have purchased several doors from Leader Trade, and barn door tracks, the products are always first class.

It's early days into my experience with Leader Doors, but so far, I am delighted.

The doors I bought were competitively priced, but the outstanding part so far is the customer service.

When I signed up for a trade account, the process was easy, and within an hour or so, I had a call from an account manager. There was no product sales pitch, just a "good to meet you, and if you ever need anything, just call."

My first order was only partly in stock on the day I needed it.

However, Stuart was on the case straight away and after a few hours, he had solved it, and the order was back on track.

Without that, I'd have lost a planned day of work.
