Worst letting agent ever.
You'll find most of the nice reviews come from the sales team, so dont be fooled.

If you are looking to rent avoid due to property management!

Property management for leaders northend are an absolute disgrace so much so when I left my landlord decided to move to cubic and west as he was fed
up too. Just shows there is a real issue there and no one seems to address it.

Countless of calls and promises that my property manager would call back but these never happened. My emails almost never replied to and when I did receive a reply it would be 2 months late.

I had 3 property managers and was never told when they switched around, which made reaching them even worse.

2 to 3 months it was raining in the bathroom... there was no urgency from leaders to fix it and I had to chase them up countless of times with no resolution on sight.

They simply do not care about you.

Avoid at all costs.

Glad I left and do not have to deal with them ever again.

After 20 years of renting a garage, the Landlord decided to make some updates (these were needed 15 years ago) my husband has maintained the property even building new doors because they were rotten and no help from agent or landlord. Since the updates have been made, the landlord has increased the rental 100%. Recent communication shows the lack of respect and care for their clients. They speak to you with such disrespect that you are left feeling angry. They come across as immature and lacking professional training. We will avoid ever having to deal with Leaders as a company in the future, I would also advise anyone reading this to avoid them too.

I was really pleased with the service I received when selling my property. Micheal was friendly and knowledgeable when he came to give me an estimate for my property, he was confident in what he thought and he wasn’t wrong. The property had an offer of asking price with in 5 days. Through to completing, the team at Leaders were great.

After a very happy 8 years Tenancy through Leaders I wanted to express my gratitude to the whole Team, especially my brilliant Property Manager Louise who has always been responsive, helpful, friendly and professional, an excellent representation of the great service that Leaders provide.
I will definitely be seeking my next property through Leaders. Thank you all!

I am an immigrant and I rented a property under Leaders (Northend ,Portsmouth Branch) last 2018. I was pregnant then and I wanted to get my husband to come and join me in the UK. Before signing the contract, I told Leaders that I need a certain document from them to help my husband’s visa application, just to prove that I am renting a 2-bed property and he has somewhere to stay when he comes. They said that this will be okay and they are happy to provide the said document. However, after signing the tenancy contract, they backed out. I was in a lot of stress. I felt bullied as they said that the promise was done verbally so I can not really pursue them. I ended up losing my baby from all the stress and worry they caused me. Now, I’m buying my first home, and however beautiful the property offered by Leaders, I vowed never to transact with them ever again. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I rented through Leaders for over 10 years. In that time the inspections were irregular with long periods of time when they don’t bother or stick their head in the hallway and say everything is fine, and when we did point out issues, we never got any reply and follow up or even copies of the inspection reports. Things we reported to them were not actioned, leaving us with leaks, mould problems and a drafty house. When we left the house the real problems began. Leaders just hold on to your deposit making all sorts of “issues” so they don’t give you back your money. When you contact them to try and move things along they give you a whole load of excuses. This is totally disgraceful behaviour given the claims they make about how they care for their tenants. It’s a lie. They don’t care, they are not professional, and lie to you about your contract and deposit return. Don’t trust them and whatever you do don’t rent through them. You will be out of pocket. The pain that we are going through is unmeasurable so please don’t put yourself through it. Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Tess is excellent and extremely helpful, and so professional, an asset to the team.
Hannah was so knowledgable, what with all the new rules and regulations changes, it can be alarming for a landlords and she guided us through.
Nothing was too much trouble for Tom who also helped us on many occasions.

I'm really impressed with Michael as his response has been very proactive along the whole way helping me out whenever I called him, I would have no hesitation on selling my house with leaders as i will be in the future thankyou very much

We've been renting with Leaders for over three years and have had no issues. The renting process was clear and smooth. Communication with the Property Management department is good, and whatever problem we report is dealt with promptly and efficiently. Our current property manager is Aaron Lawrence, who is excellent at customer service and always happy to help. Very recommended!

I have lived in a Leaders property for 7 years & have had issues with cowboy contractors & getting repairs done in the past however my most recent experience was excellent. My contact at Leaders Aaron Lawrence was brilliant chasing up my landlord & keeping me updated. Work is now done & Aaron even arranged for removal of rumble left by a previous contractor, the contractors sent to my property this time were also great. Quick to book an appt for the work, came in whilst I was at work & was all done and left tidy when I got home

I rented a house with leaders. Moving in was so smooth. Everything was wonderful.I was new to UK at that time. So many things were verbally told to me I was wondering why everything is so smooth. I realised the trap only in when I moved out. I asked for a huge amount of money when I moved out. More than twice the rent. They don’t reply to the mails and answer to your calls. Just scare you with legal terms. I have been mailing and calling. So please everyone get everything written if you do business with them. While writing this I am still waiting for the call from property management team 🥲 Anyway thank you Ms Zoe Smith for all your help and support. I recommend leaders .
