Perfect service - would highly recommend to anyone moving out or looking for a property

Fasting getting house even other country people .

The staffs who was assigned to me made it stressfree experience from begining to the end of application .

** Awful property management service **

Paid for them to manage the property and was left substantially out of pocket by their choice of tenant leaving the premises having -

Had the police called out twice due to early morning domestic rows.
Dug up established plants in the garden.
Damaged the summerhouse by fixing a gate to it ( without permission and Leaders did nothing to make him rectify it )
Broken the shower.
Left a carpet with large dirty stains that a full carpet clean had not removed.
A broken fridge hinge so it wouldn’t close.
Every room having dirty walls, with greasy handprints everywhere, needing repainting.
A kitchen and bathroom that hadn’t been cleaned for months.
Falsified a cleaning invoice saying the property had been cleaned.
Used logs on the log burner that were not suitable and not having it swept.
A bin left full of god knows what but it took two bottles of bleach to clean.

Leaders made no attempt to hold him liable when pointed out at inspections and at the end checkout he just left it, stained, dirty and various items broken.

** Avoid using them as a landlord at all costs **

Awful experience , was taken over from other agency with our rental property, maintenance issues always took forever to be sorted. Once landlord gave us notice due to selling property, zero support from agency, and after spending two whole days is cleaning and repainting property,they still manage to charge us 100£ for “dusting” a property! Stay away!

APPALLING SERVICE Leaders Bury St Edmunds

I have been renting through leaders for few months now. Because their service has always been great I told myself you know what why not upscale through them. How wrong was I. It is very concerning that even though they have had 2 weeks to sort out the house It was handed over to me in a complete mess. I’m even wondering how they could allow themselves to hand over a place like this. Don’t they have respect for me as a tenant who has never missed out on any payments?

- There are broken glasses in the garden.The agency was well aware that I have a Toddler however did not do much to tidy up the area. This is a very serious oversight that could have led to serious injuries and major problems if my daughter happened to step on or swallow those.

- The shed is left in an unspeakable condition, Shouldn't this have been emptied out and cleaned?

- The grass overgrown and very dirty, Are we expected to live like this?
- The property not clean and tidy, the bin not emptied or
- Paint is cracking how could this acceptable? When I asked about this one I got told that painting is part of decor. I wonder if I should paint my old house before handing over my keys. Or should I empty my garage, do I even need to tidy up anything?

Response to my concerns where quick but the property manager does not know when these will be sorted out.

HOW ON EARTH IS THIS ACCEPTABLE. Here I am getting worked up and waiting on my old property report to see what they would pick on and possibly have a major fall out. I have been nothing but a good tenant never missed a payment once And never had issues during their property inspections how could this be ignored when moving me to a new property.

Total team effort by Hannah, James, and Tom. From the moment we meet they were amazing and got me in the house that I was looking for. We had a long gap between the time that I was able to move in but they kept me updated throughout the process. Never had a problem reaching them and always quick in responding to my questions. I was probably more of a pain to deal with so I really appreciate the patience they had with me. Probably the thing that I would remember the most was the person to person aspect of how they conducted business. There is a line that of course it’s is about business but these three people are genuinely great people. Truly a pleasure thank you Hannah, James, and Tom!

Tom was knowledgeable and friendly, made me feel valued, and, overall was a delight to deal with. Although I didn't proceed with the property in the end, he has left a lasting impression and I would be very pleased to deal with him again
