Leader Removals Recensioni

Fantastic service. Couldn’t believe how quickly, efficiently and carefully Dino and the team packed everything up. Did a great job with disassembly and reassembly too - our wardrobe is in now in better shape than it was before we moved as they kindly fixed the broking back for us! Wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Excellent service - from the office team calculating the quote and booking the services in that we needed through to the removals team on the day who were punctual, reliable and hard working - would highly recommend Leader Removals.

5 stars isn’t enough.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Absolutely fantastic service. Quick and efficient. No messing around.

The guys were super impressive!

Really happy with the whole process -
from fast and accurate quote to the moving day itself. Moved quite a few
times, this is my best experience yet.

Thank you so much for providing such a great service, they made it really smooth and easy and were very accommodating. We would defo recommend to friends in the future

I couldn't have chosen better than Leader Removals for my recent move and I highly recommend them. Kal and Letty in the office were always available, polite and helpful. They made everything seem simple and achievable, rather than complicated and daunting like the other firms that gave me quotes.

Dimo and Petur worked calmly to pack me up the day before the move, then Dimo, Ivan and Vince worked tirelessly on the day while always taking the utmost care and attention. Every one of the team I encountered were great, but for me Dimo was the star of the show! Should have listened to you, Dimo, when you advised me to pack the toaster with the other 'essentials' - still haven't found it! You know your stuff.

Please don't change the way you do things, Leader, if deserved success means you become a bigger company.

The move went like clockwork. The team were friendly and helpful, well led and worth every penny.

My boyfriend and I recently moved from separate houses to one and could not say better things about the team. They arrived promptly, packed all my things with such care and assurance. They then went to my partners address to collect his things and unloaded everything room by room. Could not recommend them more - if you’re looking for friendly, reliable, safe removal guys in and around London these guys are who you want! Lovely team.

I would like to take a moment to sincerely thank you for the smooth and efficient planning of my recent move, which took place on the 29th of April. From our very first conversation, it was an absolute pleasure speaking with you. Your friendly manner, clear communication, and attention to detail made what can often be a stressful experience feel far more manageable and straightforward. It was reassuring to know everything was so well organised in advance.

I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the two gentlemen who carried out the move on the day. They were both incredibly professional, polite, and hardworking, demonstrating a positive attitude throughout the entire process. From the moment they arrived, it was clear they were experienced and well-prepared. They worked tirelessly and methodically during the hours they were with me, ensuring that every item was handled with great care and attention.

Moving into a new-build property always comes with its own unique challenges, and in my case, the access to my flat was less than ideal. However, both men took this in their stride. They quickly assessed the situation, explained their plan to me clearly, and executed it efficiently. I was so impressed by how well they adapted to the circumstances without any fuss or hesitation.

All of my belongings arrived at my new home safely and in perfect condition. I truly appreciated the care and respect shown to my possessions — it gave me complete peace of mind throughout the day.

Thank you once again to you and your entire team for providing such a high level of service. I would not hesitate to use your company again in the future and will be more than happy to recommend your services to friends, family, and anyone else looking for a reliable, professional, and friendly removals company.

Firstly, let me start by saying 'Thank you, for all your help and professionalism' to Tony, Ivan, Ivan, Petre and Letty.

You all are a great example of how a removal company looks after their customers from phone support to the big move, which was no stress at all.

The team were very helpful, careful and know what they are doing.

I am blessed to have had your assistance with my move and I highly recommend 'Leader Removals' to others.

All the best to you all

Efficient, professional and reasonably-priced removal service, with great customer support - I have already recommended to several others! Thanks team at Leader Removals.

We cannot thank Anthony, Vince and Peter enough for the professional and caring way they moved us from North London to Kent earlier this week. Anthony and Vince speedily and efficiently packed us up the day before, then with Peter they loaded
the vans and we were ready to go just after midday on the day of our move. On arrival, they unloaded with the same care and speed, checking where we wanted everything to be, with Vince even dismantling and replacing the arm of our awkward sofa which would not fit through the door at our new home.

Their caring, professional approach was second to none, not to mention their banter and humour which kept us laughing throughout the day.

Communication with this company was always friendly and understanding from the initial survey to the end, and their prices were competitive.

Thanks again to all involved!

Anthony and Vince made the move from out flat into our first house absolutely stress-free. They had everything packed up in no time and were careful and communicative throughout. When we got to the house the sofas wouldn't fit through the doors so the guys speedily removed the doors and a shelf on the inside of the hall, got the sofas in (while being extremely careful not to scuff the brand new flooring), and then reattached everything so you wouldn't know anything had happened. Vince also disassembled and reassembled my office chair and desk extremely quickly so that they would fit around some tight corners. Overall I cannot recommend them highly enough, they were an absolute joy to work with, and well worth the very reasonable cost. Thank you again Anthony and Vince!

I thought I’d have time to finish squeezing the air out of compression bags and taping up a few last boxes—nope! The movers were so fast, I was basically packing in slow motion compared to them.

They handled everything with military precision, moving my stuff to the storage unit and arranging it so neatly, I half expected to find a blueprint of their organizational strategy. If only everything else in this country related to buying and moving was this efficient, I’d be writing this review from my new place instead of a pile of paperwork!

Really great company. They were polite, professional and on time. They made our move quick and effective. Worth every penny and we would use them again

I had a fantastic experience with Leader Removals! Stanley and Vince were absolute stars—friendly, professional, and incredibly respectful throughout the entire move. They made the process so easy and stress-free, handling everything with great care. Not only did they ensure all my belongings were safely transported, but they also went the extra mile by helping with furniture placement and even a bit of decorating in my new home. Their attention to detail and willingness to help truly stood out. I couldn't have asked for a better team, and I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a smooth and hassle-free move. Thank you, Stanley and Vince!

Seriously an amazing team. Very reasonable pricing, and attentive customer service. The team led by Ivan were very punctual. They quickly loaded quite a lot of boxes, furniture. Upon arrival they unloaded everything in the correct rooms. Absolutely no damage to any item or to property at either location. We will not move ever again, but if we had to - this is the team we'd turn to.
