MD1Removals Recensioni

This company was fantastic! I was only moving down the road, but I had a lot of stuff. They delivered the crates 2 weeks before I moved, sturdy plastic ones and plenty of them. On the day they turned up right on time, and got straight on with taking everything apart and moving it all out. They turned up at the new place before I got the keys and as soon as we could get in they were straight on moving everything in and putting it all back together again. They were efficient, professional and friendly. I couldn't have asked for a better service and they were well worth the money with great communication throughout. And while they offered plenty of time for unpacking (two weeks I think) they were also happy to come and pick the crates up early :D Real 5 stars, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

MD1 removals were spot on. Unfortunately for them my house move was on the hottest day of the year, this did not stop them doing a fab job, they were friendly, professional and helpful. I would highly recommend them to anyone, great value for money and a personal service which did everything I needed to make my move run smooth. Thanks guys.

Really friendly and helpful people who did a complicated move very well. Carried things from a second floor with lots of stairs, with ease, and coped with the chaos. Would recommend.

Daniel and his team were great, efficient and flexible, and calm throughout. The packing service is very worth it! They also had the bonus of giving the cheapest quote we received for the job, which was honoured entirely.

Ensured a smooth and stress-free house move. Very understanding when we had some unexpected delays with our move, provided plastic crates a few weeks in advance - which was fantastic! Really friendly and professional! Would highly recommend!

Really great service and would thoroughly recommended. They were organised, competitive on cost and very efficient.

The team on the day were very professional and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The boxes provided in advance and left for some time after moving made the process so much easier as well (other companies wanted me to buy the same boxes for them!).

Fantastic service from the start. The guys who did the move were friendly, professional and really helpful making the move go smoothly .

My recent move from Luton to London was greatly facilitated by MD1 Removals, whom I found on Trustpilot. Their professionalism was evident from the start: a timely callback, a convenient video assessment, and a competitive quote provided within the hour. Throughout the process, they accommodated several changes with outstanding communication. On moving day, the crew was punctual and meticulously wrapped and handled all items. Everything arrived safely and on schedule. I have nothing but positive feedback and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

MD1 Removals provided exceptional service. They were both professional and approachable. When I urgently needed help due to shifting dates from my solicitors, they stepped in promptly. Their punctual arrival, even a bit ahead of schedule, was a relief and eased my concerns about potential delays. The team was incredibly patient, composed, and methodical. They packed and wrapped my belongings with great attention, making the entire process straightforward. I highly recommend their services.

Exceptional ExperienceThe crew surprised us with their speed and effectiveness in clearing out our previous home. Initially, we doubted everything would fit into the vehicles, but they managed to pack it all flawlessly. While we awaited the solicitor's call for our new keys, they were already stationed at our new location. Once we received the keys, they promptly inquired about the placement of specific furniture pieces and began unloading. In just three hours, everything was settled into the new place. Before finishing, they ensured we didn't need any additional adjustments, and we were completely satisfied. We've already recommended this outstanding service to friends who are relocating soon. Thank you for ensuring our move was seamless!

We were highly impressed with MD1 removals and the staff were extremely helpful and made a move very smooth and stressless.

We would thoroughly recommend to any future customers their services as they were cost-effective dedicated to their job and nothing was too much trouble

MD1 were fantastic all throughout our move. Before completion day they were able to provide plastic boxes that really helped packing (and space as they're strong enough to be stacked high)
On the day, were on time and didn't stop until everything was loaded. They worked exceptionally fast, as well as packing the vans so well we had extra space.

Off loading, they were really attentive of where items should go to leave us to move as little around as possible afterwards. Even offering to re-construct the bed as they finished earlier than expected.

Amazing service and clearly well experienced in what they do.

Price was not the cheapest I was quoted, but was well worth the money of the service they provided.

From the first point of contact, the follow up and the day of removal, Daniel and his team were magnificent and were so helpful on the day and nothing was too much trouble.
I can highly recommend MD1 Removals for an extremely professional, efficient and hard working team!

Daniel and the team were fantastic. They were cheerful and patient despite a 4 hour wait for our purchase to complete. They took great care of my property and even helped out when a pre-booked installation had to be cancelled due to the delay with completion. MD1 are the best removal company I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Daniel and his team. Thank you, Daniel and team for your hard work and fantastic customer service. You made a difficult day much easier.

Really happy with the service I received. I moved and required a whole house move. From the point of requesting a quote to the day of the move I could not fault a thing. Reasonably priced in comparison to other quotes I had received. Also was asked if I needed any of my furniture put back together at the other end for me. All my furniture was wrapped and protected well. Would definitely recommend and use again!

On our recent move from Milton Keynes to the West coast of Scotland. The company have been excellent, the quote was extremely reasonable for the time and distance, the move would be covering and the fact that it would be over two days.
The team arrived promptly, they packed the vans within two and a half hours. Great care was taken in wrapping the furniture.
Daniel took time to liaise with us regarding start time for the unloading and once again the team arrived promptly.
We have no negative comments to make, fast efficient, considerate, professional service. I We would highly recommend this company and would use them again at the drop of hat.
Thank you once again Daniel and the team for taking the stress out of the physical move to our new Scottish home.

I requested removal of an upright piano and it was arranged for the following day. MD1 provided a great service, with clear communication, on time, with respectful efficient removal men. I would have no hesitation in employing their service again.

Reliable and caring service, kept in the loop all the time. Price was also very good in comparison with other companies, will definitely use again. Thank you

Great guys - amazing job, prompt & timely, willing to go over and above and very careful with handling tasks and communication was great all through. Thanks Daniel and team

Amazing Service
We were amazed by how quickly and efficiently the team emptied our old house. We thought it wasn't going to fit at one point but they managed to get it all in the vans. We were then waiting for our call from the solicitor to say we could get the keys, they were waiting at the new address as we got the keys.
They then did a sweep of the new house asking where we wanted certain pieces of furniture and got on with the job, within 3 hours everything was unloaded. Before leaving they checked we didn't want anything else moving but we were all good. Great service, we have already told a few friends that are moving in the next few months. Thank you for making our move go smoothly!
