One item sent was wrong but it was sorted out immediately. Great prices and I am sure I will be buying there again soon. 4* only because one wrong item sent and if I still needed that ordered one I would have to order it again. You can contact them via whatsapp which is great as response is very fast. And a customer service is very good.

I got a refund which is how I know that part of the order is out of stock. It was the main part. Rest was to make up to free delivery so would have preferred notification and options.

Item wasn't really in stock
Ordered and paid for Barry M lipstick which was supposed to be in stock. 5 days later received an email to advise that LBWorld could not fulfil the order and would give a refund. Awaiting refund 3 x days later.
