Ordering from Lbworld was…straightforward!
Ordering from Lbworld was straightforward and I was delighted to be able to get what I wanted, and at a good price! I was kept updated on the order status and received it promptly.
I was disappointed though that although I was able to order 2 items , when it arrived I discovered only one in the package . However on looking closely at an email, I realised they had apologised and already done a refund ! Would use Lb again !

I was just wondering why you gave us a bad review. Your order was dispatched 1 day after you ordered. When you communicated with us today, we noticed that Royal mail failed to deliver your parcel and we have escalated an investigation on the delivery. However we have sent you a replacement and your parcel will be delivered by Wednesday which was communicated with you. Kindly look into the review again as soon as you get the replacement. Thank you.
On balance, not a company I would order from
I saw a product on their website that was very well priced. But I was concerned given the feedback on Trustpilot. So I emailed them, to ask if the product was in stock. Five days later and still no reply.
I figure if a business can't even be bothered to provide good customer service by providing a reply to potential purchasers whom they wish to attract, how much less so will they offer good customer service to people whose money they have already received.
So I paid a little more and ordered elsewhere.

I received the WRONG order. Have tried at least 6 times via email and message, received NO reply. Not what I call 'good' Customer Service 😡
I want a REFUND, and want to return the WRONG ORDER. Need a prepaid postage label sent to me.
