Nice service and quality
We bought a bed, TV stand and dressing table. As more items you ordered, the more discount you can get which is great. All look amazing in terms of their qualities and appearances! Also the delivery team is really nice, having their own shoe covers which I think in detail is great! Their assembly is quick and perfect!

Fantastic sofa!
Fantastic sofa! I'm totally in love with it!. My only complaint is that there weren't more fabric colours to choose from, but I'm happy with what I've chosen. The option to lift up the back section is a game changer when wanting to relax in front of the tv and have your head supported, but still looks super cool when placed back down.

Just Wow!!! Stunning furniture!
So glad we came across Lazzoni in London! Placed an order for the Mony Sofa, Eva Chair, Istanbul bed and Petto Ottomon. Delivery and assembly was carried out by Matt, Adam and "Tool Man", who were absolutely lovely, efficient and tidy! They are a credit to Lazzoni! We absolutely love our furniture! Each piece is stunning and has a wow factor! Would highly recommend a visit to the showroom in London to see their range of products. Thank you again Lazzoni!

High Quality and Creative Firm
We had been searching for creative and fun furniture and accessories for our home for quite some time, and finally, we found Lazzoni. They perfectly combined all the elements we were looking for. We purchased couches, a bed frame, mirrors, and a stunning dining table and chairs from them.
Mr. Samet especially managed the entire process with great care. He made extra suggestions for interior design, which we implemented, and the results were truly satisfying. While waiting for our real furniture to arrive, he even arranged temporary furniture and a dining table for us.
Mr. Erdem and Mr. Sefa set up all the products, ensuring they didn’t damage any walls or floors. They were also incredibly helpful in finding the perfect alignment for our couches and bed.
From start to finish, we received high-quality service from a wonderful team.

Amazing staff and beautiful furniture
Selen was so diligent and excellent in helping me order what I wanted. She made my experience very efficient and smooth, I was very impressed with her designs! The other staff members at Lazzoni were very helpful as well. I have yet to receive my order but am very looking forward to it!

Great experience throughout the entire…
Great experience throughout the entire process, from our first visit to the Tottenham Court Road store, all the way to receiving the sofa at home.
Special mention to Pedram for going above and beyond to show us how the sofa would look like in our living room and answering all the questions we had, to the transport crew who did a fantastic job assembling it and leaving no trace behind.
The sofa itself feels great, sturdy, good quality and comfortable.
I can't recommend lazzoni enough!

Excellent service from start to finish - Initial engagement with Pedram (Tottenham Court Road) was fantastic. Pedram had excellent knowledge of all product lines and took the time to ensure we got the desired products with the desired outcome. We are delighted with the Lazzoni products, the quality and modern design second to none. The installation team were perfect, taking the time to ensure everything was working perfectly and correctly located.

The whole experience from the help I got choosing the sofas, a visit was even made to my home and a floor plan drawn to show me what they would look like in situ, to the communication as to when they would be delivered was perfect. I highly recommend Lazzoni.

End to End Excellent Experience
My experience with Lazzoni was excellent end to end. When my spouse and I relocated overseas and some of our furniture was damaged in transit, I reached out to Lazzoni via email for guidance on resolving issues.
To my surprise, they promptly called me and arranged a visit to my new home in London. Mr. Mehmet, along with his team, did a fabulous job addressing every issue with precision and timeliness. I am truly grateful to the entire team for providing exceptional service and a seamless customer experience.

Pleased with purchase and service
Very pleased with chairs, which are good quality. The sideboard fits very well in our lounge, but there was a very small chip on the top. They sorted this out very quickly and it looks perfect now. The delivery was just over 12 weeks and it was installed efficiently on delivery. Very happy with the service and products.

An excellent experience
We worked with Samet on choosing our dinning table, which has an amazing quality and design. He was very helpful at all times and assist us on finding the exact table we were looking for. The service was premium and the final table looks and feels amazing. We are very happy and thankful to the delivery team and Samet on this smoothness purchasing journey.
