Staff are always helpful and you can always have a laugh and a giggle unlike most other merchants and the staff in the shop always endeavour to help with the prices which is always appreciated in this day and age

Great experience with Lawsons…
Great experience with Lawsons (Whetstone)! I visit several different Lawsons branches across London, and this one is by far the best. The customer service here is truly outstanding – professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful.
The staff were very knowledgeable and happy to assist with everything I needed. Service was quick and efficient, and the whole process felt smooth from start to finish. The quality of materials is excellent and everything was well organised.
Overall, the level of service was near perfect, and I would definitely recommend this branch. I will be using them again in the future.

Always a pleasure visiting Lawsons Whetstone. Paul and Dave are always really helpful with any questions. A great local timber merchant with a solid range and friendly service.

Brilliant service as always
Brilliant service as always. Emailed order to my regular contact at midnight. By 6am he’d contacted me to pay for it and by lunchtime it was delivered. If you can can find somewhere that can do better then shop there.

Our local branch is Whetstone, the guys there are fantastic, super knowledgeable and helpful, if they haven't got it they will do there best to source it from other branches, most time I no need to go anywhere else
