we needed 10 sheets of OSB3 urgently
we needed 10 sheets of OSB3 urgently, it was Saturday morning, they close at 12am, so it was a bit rushed, i called at 11.30 and said i was on the way, and gave them the order, i arrived with 10 mins to spare ! they had already got the sheets out, and the forklift driver was waiting to load it.
Completely outstanding customer service by all the staff.

Price of one item slightly higher than quote. Some items that I had already collected from the yard were included in the Delivery. Quality of fence panels is nothing like it used to be in terms of colour mainly

Also, our fence panels are all made by hand by specialist trained woodworkers. As a natural product, colours may vary slightly as they weather following pressure treatment. We encourage our customers to visit our yards and view our stock, we are proud on the ranges and the depth of stock on offer so I am sure we can match your desired colour preference in the future.

Had nothing but great service from Lawsons Letchworth. Office staff and delivery staff are all friendly and helpful. Prices are always very competitive as well. Good company to deal with.
