LawPath excels in page after page of sleazy upsells. LawPath are so busy with their sleaz, that they egregiously ignore the collection of vital information to register an Australian Company on ASIC correctly.

Caveat Emptor - Registering a company with LawPath’s base package will result in you having to file a multitude of corrections with ASIC.

I had the help from Jennifer from Lawpath to get my terms and conditions up for my website. She was very friendly, responsive and not only guided me to what I should be looking out for but gave me the extra resources. Thank you so much!

As a small business, having the ability to simply and easily create a quick/basic legal document is brilliant.

In addition, being able to check in for a quick consult with a Barrister/Lawyer is awesome. Allows us to make informed decisions with confidence.

CONSUMERS BEWARE: Don’t be fooled by their monthly rates nor by the amount of documents they advertise as having. They charge a minimum of 12 months. I cancelled 2 days after joining as they only had 2 documents relevant to my business. They will not reimburse any of the 12 months fees they’ve taken. Don’t be fooled by the fee document. It is unusable and has a water mark through the whole thing. They will charge you 12 month membership should you want on document without watermark. This company is only about taking advantage and making easy cash for nothing.

Yes, I was refunded after Pointing out with evidence the lies told as a reason for not refunding me. I had to follow up several channels after been informed each time I would not be refunded.

I did apply for the monthly plan but 12months was withdrawn from my account. When I followed this up via email I was informed it is common practice to take 12 months subscription. At no time was there a month at a time payment plan. If there is, this has evolved since my complaints.

The trial document looked professional and could have been very useful - BUT it also said:
"Lawpath free legal document. Upgrade your account access to hundred plus documents and remove watermark."And had a giant watermark across every page. On top of that you couldn't edit anything once you saved it.

How can I use a document like that? I even asked before trialing if I could purchase the one document I needed and I was told by the chat person that you can get one at no charge. You really should mention that it will clearly look like you got it off the Internet for free. Frankly I felt tricked.

All i wanted was to register my company name. A week later another $99 was taken from my bank account. Theyve got it setup in a twisted way where their fineprint lets them get away with it. SCAM

Waste of time. These people don't know anything and have no lawyers to quote
