I started with another provider
I started with another provider. I went through the whole process only to get to the end and was unable to execute the final steps. This provider was seemless. I also found that I was able to speak to a human when I needed to ask a question.

Thank you for your feedback Don. We provide company registers in PDF format for clients to manage and sign themselves, and did not offer a digital signing service. We appreciate your input and will continue to ensure our process is clear and efficient.
Authentic Family Trust set up.
We looked at few online sites and this was basically the only one that looked authentic. I called them and staff were very helpful and I also verified on goggle maps street view that they had a physical office. Trust pilot also gave solid reviews. Set up was efficient and way cheaper than other quoted sights and accounting firms. Process was quick. Folder arrived in mail soon after with documents.
