I had issues at first but customer service and support team worked together to not only solve any minor issues but was able to satisfy my request. The pro-lawn guy “Daniel “ is awesome and the company will work hard to keep you happy!

Don't know how to assess anything. Left patches of grass uncut, looks like these idiots took off when they got tired, horrible. I could have paid a crackhead 40 bucks to do a better job.

Lawn Starter is a truly professional business thst uses top of the pro lawn maintenance service.

They promised me a refund in writing and now I have had to report their charge as fraud because they haven't refunded me.

They were a no-show. Then when showed they didnt cut all of the grass. The grass was high in one area and when they cut it they left the clippings when they were supposed to take them away because it was over 15". They said they'd call the pro to return and the pro never returned their call which means that the pro never returned which means that they never finished the job. Their messaging says that they dont charge your car until after 3 days to ensure satisfaction. Well, I am not satisfied and they carhed my card anyway. I canceled the servce based on poor quality of work and a manager said - in writing - that I wouldnt be charged. Of course I was charged anyway. They keep running me in circles so now I am reporting this to my bank for fraud.

Lawnstarter: your response is performative, insincere and manipulative. You already know exactly what needs to be done to make this right. Stop making public posts and sending me text messages asking what you should do or requesting contact from me.
Just. Refund. My. Money.

To anyone else reading this - this is what they do. They steal your money and then pay staff to gaslight you rather than keep their policies and refund you.

Spent 20 minutes on the phone just to make the account and get setup. Was told "2-3 days we'll have someone out". 16 days later and my service was rescheduled 3 times for seemingly no reason. Asked the "Pro" and no response. Called asking for someone to fix this and was told to wait a few more days for another "Pro" to pickup the service...

This has been a complete waste of time.

Assigned lawn mowing ‘pro’ never showed up. Rescheduled and again didn’t show up. Was forced to find an alternative and canceled the service. They then charged a $15 cancellation fee.

Ryan is really good at caring for my lawn, he takes his time and does exactly what I ask him to do. I have the best lawn on my block!

The people who come cut my grass. They let me know when I should expect them. They cut my grass without any complaints about the way my backyard looks. They even move some of my stuff around so they can cut the grass. They make my yard look nicer than it was before. They do a Great Job.

I love the layout of the website and how easy it is to communicate with contractors. Our guy is James and hes great!

Casey came a day early which I appreciated, because my yard was very over grown. He came and got right to work. And before I knew it, he was done. 10/10 would recommend.

Very pleased with the service. He took great care of the lawn, worked quietly, and was respectful of the property. Everything looks great. I would definitely hire him again.

Ricardo is wonderful. Extremely kind and very helpful. Reaching out to me too make sure I get exactly what I need and delivers.

When Josh, when Josh come out to my home, he does an excellent andoes an Home, job. I have no complaints at this time on here. Keep up the good work.
