Although my bracelet is beautiful

Although my bracelet is beautiful, it does not fit. My fiance purchased it for Christmas and he was so excited. It is a bangle with mother-of-pear.
After we found it it wouldn't fit, we contacted LFD. She suggested taking it to a jeweler. This bracelet is $300+. I did take it to 3 different jewelers and they all said the same. Because it is not gold, there is nothing they can do.
I have tried to contact LFD on 3 occasions. I only want another item of equal or higher value. I'm willing to pay because I do like her designs. It's now April 8, and I have not heard back from her. I contacted her via phone, via her support email, via every single way she has to post and CONTACT HER.
JUST CONTACT ME! You have a beautiful business.

Baubles on the go!

Shipping was fast, and my earrings were beautifully packaged. I love my new baubles - even better in person, and they are so LIGHT to wear. The colors glow. So happy!

Wonderful Quality and Value!

I received three beautiful pieces of jewelry from this designer, the first purchase from Laura Foote Designs. Very Fast Shipping, and carefully packed. The pieces are gorgeous! I have received many, many compliments! Will be buying more as Christmas gifts.
