The customer service from this shop is exceptional. I purchased the Sheet of Paper sweater, and wasn’t sure about the sizing. Coco responded to my many emails very quickly and was patient with my many questions. The size I settled on unfortunately didn’t work and Coco is making the exchange so easy. I also purchased the No 2 Pencil scarf, and it’s fabulous! Both the sweater and scarf are well made and of nice quality. I pre-ordered the stork scissor earrings and was told up front they would take about 10 weeks to arrive, since they were still in production. Coco Clem was very communicative through the whole process, including sending sneak peeks of the final product! They're super nice, a gorgeous gold color, and are comfy for my semi-sensitive ears.

My original package got lost but they send a replacement quickly and I love my earring!! Minimal packaging too which is a plus for the environment.

The shipping did take awhile but that was also clearly started on the site. The shipping process was clear. The items came just as described. I got two scissor earrings in silver and gold. They are so cute. I’ve worn them twice now and have gotten a handful of compliments already! Very comfortable and secure too.

The earrings are super cute and look just like the online pics. I think it would be helpful to write the weight of the product on the listing though. The weight turned out okay luckily but I was initially worried they’d be too heavy for my ears.
