Easy to contact, always available, helpful, no gimmicks

I cannot fault the products that are supplied. The finished job appearance is due to individual employees ability. We’ve had two jobs recently. One not as good as the other.
1 Replacement windows. Near perfect installation.
2 Conservatory. Not so happy. After initial completion it required a return visit to fix several issues in respect of the way it had been fitted. To date three problems are still not resolved.
To be fair, both crews had seriously bad weather to contend with and we felt sorry for them. It seems the employees are self employed and possibly rush the jobs, so it surprises me that Launa have not sent anyone to inspect quality of workmanship.

First class service and staff more than satisfied

Our experience with Launa (windows and conservatory) has been very positive. Professional, positive, value for money and local! What's not to like?

No bad review about Window and fitting but admin very lax that’s why they lost a star.

I happy to recommend this company, due to its quality of service and work. They came on time measure our windows. The fitters again were punctual, the windows are stunning, and the opening closing and locking procedures were clearly explained. Thy left each new window area clean and tidy both is ideal and outside. Our patio doors are stunning, with secure locking mechanism

Launa have replaced our old polycarbnate conservatory roof with a lovely self cleaning glass one. We cannot praise the fitters enough they went above and beyond what was expected, they left the place very clean and it looked like we had had a whole new conservatory not just a new roof.
The ordering process was easy and there was none of this pricing high just to drop the price, the first quote was so good no need to haggle.
We would recommend to anyone who asked us

A much better window and door company then everyone else very good,pleased with installation of my door and window,a few hiccups ie door furniture but sorted in 48 hours,will happily use them again.👍

A replacement first floor bay window was done in one day and looks great.

David McKimm & Elliot Ryder have just fitted windows, door & sun lounge roof. They were fantastic. Polite, clean, tidy & nothing was to much trouble. If only all workmen were as good as theses two.

I have tried on two occasions to get someone to contact me regarding getting a quote. I have still not been contacted and this feels like a Japanese endurance test. I am now slightly concerned about what there customer service/ after sales service is like.

I would recommend to anyone. Dave and Dave did a fantastic job fitting my conservatory also the boys that built the dwarf wall were very good. The service from first phone call to Dan who measured up and surveyed all very good

We had a front and back door replaced;everything went smoothly,and the Launa people were very helpful. The fitter was very neat and quick,and took the old doors away and cleared up after him well.We were impressed with the quality of the new doors,and they make our house look great!
