No contact in months, on a piece of land purchase from a neighbour. Emails not responded to, calls will not be put through to the solicitor. Utter shambles and I advise you avoid at all costs.

Latimer Lee provided a first class service.
Our conveyancing solicitor Debbie Wrigley was outstanding. She has responded promptly to any queries and has acted in a totally professional manner throughout.
I would recommend her to anyone seeking a conveyance on their property.
We will use them again.

I wouldn’t even give these guys 1star. They were awful from the start and told many lies and over promised. The guy I dealt with knew nothing at all. Waste of time and I feel sickened I pie for such bad services. The partners are just as bad and I will be reporting them to the SRA

Do not use absolute waste of time
Do not use absolute waste of time, Tried to buy a property it took over 12 months to purchase. We did most of the work for the solicitor. Worst experience ever.
