Went to see Jess at Laser Clinics in St. Lukes. She always makes me feel comfortable and treats with care. Love getting treatments done there ❤️

Good staff good product good facilities good price

Had a fab experience at the Queen Street branch as always! Super sweet ladies and I felt so good leaving after my facial!

I stopped in and queried about Vascular laser and botox at the St Lukes clinic, the person who greeted me was lovely and managed to get me in on the same day, I felt rushed but went ahead, first was the vascular laser, I had it done a few years ago so when the young lady came in and got started I was a little startled that she didn't say that she was about to start, and this is probably where it all went wrong, she commented that I was good with pain and got mot intense with the laser, when she finished my face was quite red so it was hard to tell, but after I got home, it was very evident that she had burnt face, it has since scabbed over and looks terrible, it has been a week since I had it done and I am only feeling comfortable with light make up covering the areas she worked on to go about my day. I would suggest more training or at the very least, ensuring that she understands what the laser treatment can cause if repeating in the same spot for too long.

I stopped coming for years as the consistency in service was different depending on who you get. I used to specifically request for Avi at the sylvia park branch and she seemed to be the only one who done the job right and how she would like it done on herself I suppose. Towards the end the ladies seemed to be doing a better job. I've come back today to try again, the lady was lovely, but she didn't open the flaps up to get the hairs inside which when I questioned her she said she went in, but I know there is hairs more inside which made me quite frustrated as when I've come home and checked I know that area wasn't attended too. I'm upset as the hair growth will be uneven in particular on the inside of the flaps if it keeps getting missed on the treatments. Please train staff to do a thorough job so there is some consistency.

My consultant was knowledgeable, caring, and happy to answer all questions I had about my skin and the laser pigmentation treatment. She followed up with aftercare instructions (and emailed them to me for later reference).

I felt supported and will be going back for more laser treatments.

My first couple of visits were mediocre. Sure the girls were nice but they rushed through the treatments. However, on the 3rd visit, I had Gio who was very thorough and made me feel comfortable so I requested to stick with her. The Sylvia Park clinic was lovely because they accommodated me so I had her during the 4th visit. Gio is great because she advices me on things I need to do between treatments to help get a better result and gives me feedback. I definitely recommend the Sylvia Park clinic for laser hair removal treatments.

Today I visited the Laser Clinic at St Luke’s. The Customer Service was great. The treatment itself felt rushed. Considering that promotions are in place to attract more customers, I’d appreciate a more thorough treatment. Due to the facility's cleanliness and the friendly consultation, I will return for a 2nd treatment.

Making sure you get what you need done. Punctual is always impressive the girl that looked after me was the most caring and considerate so far. Great customer service always speaks volumes

They are so professional, make you feel at ease and relaxed and talk you through the treatment step by step. They are genuine and treat you with so much care. Highly recommended

Visited the Albany Clinic and was looked after by Jamie and Alisia. Amazing customer service, helped us get the right packages to make it cost effective and gave us lots of advice on care for our laser hair removal. Whole team at the Clinic are super friendly and made you feel like you were in capable and professional hands. Looking forward to our next visit.

It’s my 4th or 5th session already of Laser Hair Removal Brazillian and Underarm at Sylvia Park branch but still 100% great service! 4 months passed still few thin hair. And I love the care and comfort of the friendly beautiful staff! I’m excited for the next session, Thank you!

Eden at the Dunedin clinic is wonderful. Shes very thorough, explains what she is doing and the products shes using. My skin feels much softer and smoother, it doesn't get dry or flakey anymore. I could almost fall asleep when shes massaging products into the skin. Regular treatments have become apart of my self care routine.

Karen is absolutely amazing!! I have followed her wherever she works for years and can’t recommend her enough!

Laser Clinic in Bayfair is great. All the girls are lovely and efficient and I look forward to getting a treatment there. I had face needling with Kayla last week and she was very knowledgeable and professional. Thanks team!
