I had an issue with La Senza’s website that had cancelled an order I had made. I was notified “we’re sorry, we were not able to process your order and your order was cancelled. Please try again later.” So I waited and reordered.
THEN, I was notified later that day that indeed both of my orders had been processed. I sent an email immediately to customer service if I could please cancel one of the duplicate orders as I did not need two, and notified them of the issue when ordering on their website.
I received one reply from customer service, in which I replied and provided all necessary information that they required. No responses. I waited and sent another email asking about my request to please cancel one of the duplicate orders. Still, no reply.
Then, both of my orders had shipped. I had contacted customer service and was told I would have to return one of the orders. Once I received both orders, I emailed for a return label. I was notified that they do not provide return labels, and that the return cost would be UP TO ME to absorb even though the error was in THEIR website and THEIR “customer care” department for their negligence.
The return cost alone would cost me quite a lot, and not worth it in my opinion! I am just disgusted that a clothing company does not provide return labels for fast, easy, and convenient returns for their customer’s ease, and since you think they’d actually WANT customers coming back!?
LA SENZA Takes Your Money But Does Not Send Your Order
Never purchase from this company. It has gone downhill over the years. I did not receive my package in the mail, they took over 3 months to investigate and I did NOT receive a refund. This was over $100. This company has no customer service care, accountability or moral business practices.
Horrible costumer service!
What a waste of time
What a waste of time. I spent days trying to cash out on my cart and the website would not bring me to the payment method page. After reaching out to their customer service, Abigail told me they were experiencing issues and to change my browser, clear caches and go in cognito. After doing all of that, it still didn’t work. Waited another day and did it all again, nothing worked . Waited in the queue to get Abigail again who told me to wait 24 hours to 5 business days, knowing full well their sale would end before that time. So provided zero solutions to a problem that was on their end this whole time.
Bad customer service
Ordered 2 bras from here on 22nd dec.
They sent an email saying its been dispatched on 27th and they put a link for tracking, so I check the tracking link and it doesnt work?
I send emails and only the automated responses answer. This is no help. So I try the ‘live chat’.
Francelys Holguin was the name of the employee or whatever. She wouldnt speak. Um. What do I even do. It says this person joined the chat but she didnt say anything. I typed out everything and she didnt respond. What kind of a joke is this ?
Won’t be ordering for here again. Hopefully my package actually comes, I’ll update u if not

I will never be a customer again after my experience.
I tried to place an order last night and it said an error was encountered and to try a new card. I tried using my gift card, my visa, and my debit. Everything failed.
I tried again in the morning only to find that even though the orders did not go through that my gift card balance was now at $0, there is a hold against my visa and debit for the order total.
Called customer service and the automated system says they are not available and to call back during their business hours Monday - Friday at 8am. It is a business day (Tuesday) at approximately 8:45am. Apparently they actually don't answer the phones until 10am. Great start.
Finally after a long wait on hold I get a customer service rep on the line. After speaking to his manager the best they can do is ship me a new gift card in 4 - 6 weeks to replace the now defective one and they claim they will honor the sales prices of the items I selected. Except it is boxing day and thise items will most definitely not be available in 4 - 6 weeks so they can't possibly honor the sales prices of the items I selected. Clearly this is a way to screw me out of obtaining the current sales since they can't honor prices for items that are no longer in stock.
The sales rep then says we can offer a 10% discount and that's the best they can do. I asked to simply be given an e gift card for the original amount so I could make my purchases and move on. That is not something they offer. They only mail out new ones.
I asked to speak to a manager and he informed me that I would have be put on a call back list and wait for 48 - 72 hours to speak with them even though the rep was on and off speaking to a manager regarding my situation at that time. I could even hear the manager in the background telling the rep what to say.
This customer service is absolutely horrendous on all fronts and I will make sure to spread the word about the horrible experience I had and complete lack of customer service.

Looks like they sell you items online. Then, do not provide tracking for articles purchased. When you email them there’s no return or follow up. When I phoned and waited for an hour they blamed Canada Post for not delivering. Then said it would take 4 weeks to resolve. They offered 10% off to repurchase the lost item. They would not refund or resend the list item to me. Absolutely terrible customer experience.
Absolutley NO Customer Service
I bought a Club la Senza card to atke advantage of the Black Friday sales. I live in Australia, I just wanted a membership number, but no that's not possible. They HAD to post me a membership card, a card which I will never use. It cost me $12.50 to receive the card I will never use and then it arrived too late, all the items I wanted to buy were already sold.
I emailed customer service and got a response that their inbox is full. I rang them and was told "oh, we are very busy at the moment." When I asked what my number was, they couldn't tell me?? WHAT!!
They don't care, they just want my money and are not willing to give any service to go with it.

SHIPPED but no tracking number
Purchased online CANADA La SENZA. It has almost 2 yrs i have not purchased due to giving birth and post partum and never have i experienced anything off until 4 days ago. They sent confirmation of purchased details but the tracking number when they said it was already shipped that they do not have and system was down. Comparing notes to other customer who have bad experiences posted here ( expecting they will provide late tracking number but the parcel got lost and it is the carriers fault or they can refund but never really got through so. This is awful when you think we should just trust what they say.)We can all hope for this dispute to be processed thoroughly by our banks help because there is no way the company will give what is due. There ks no manager to talk to or agents that are passively unhelpful or outright rude. Lesson learned, check the company if it is still thriving or doing anomaly to chosen few. Read reviews!!!
Website is still broken
Website is still broken. Renewed membership last month and it still says expired in my account. Customer Service is going to fix it but says it’ll take up to 3 days. I don’t understand why they can’t figure out how to run a website properly. Avoid ordering until the website is fixed.

If I can give zero stars I would. But i love their products. The negative thing about this company is they’re awful with customer service. They treat people horribly. You guys know that I am waiting for almost 2 MONTHS now for my GIFT CARD as a refund right?? This isn’t FAIR, i never got my order. Atleast have some consideration! and not the items I’m supposed to get is OUT OF STOCK now, you guys keep saying I’m supposed to get it, but it’s almost 2 months now!!
Easy order, and on time delivery
I love this brand La Senza, I'm also an active member back home in Jakarta, and their membership is worth it! But I can't find their store here in Lisbon; thankfully, shopping online is so easy. Gone way downhill
I've been shopping at La Senza for years - first in store then online after they closed the stores in my area. I liked their product and never had any issues until December 2022 when I placed an order online. Shortly after, I got an email saying my order was cancelled - no explanation. I asked why and they said there was an issue with some orders and mine was affected (which really doesn't explain anything). I was quite annoyed so I found another company to order from. This morning I get an email from La Senza asking for my reviews of the products they cancelled. Not sure what's going on there but they've gone wayyy downhill and I've moved on and found a Canadian company I'd rather support.

I am resubmitting a new review as my previous review stated that La Senza did not pay a refund on goods undelivered. However, they have now dealt with the issue and I have received my refund (8 months later). Thank you Jesse at La Senza for sorting it out. I hope you resolve your customer service issues, as I would really like to buy your stuff, but just a bit weary now.
I was afraid after I read reviews after I read other reviews.
I was afraid after I read reviews after placing my order. So I asked them to cancel the order..They have refused to cancel it saying right after order is placed the shipping process starts. I am waiting to hear now when they will ship the order. I will have see if I get my order and when it happens.
So far the order has not been shipped after two days of placing it. So they are not that quick in shipping as they say.
