After a long conversation with my husband, I decided to write this review. A few weeks ago, I visited this location with my very young pre-teen daughters to shop for bras. While we were browsing the store, we overheard a conversation coming from a tall blonde employee covered in tattoos, discussing very personal and explicit topics. She was openly talking about having her IUD removed from her "vagina" and how uncomfortable sex had been for her.
I immediately removed my daughters from the store because the conversation was completely inappropriate for a retail environment, especially around young children. The car ride home afterward was extremely uncomfortable, as my daughters began asking questions and bringing up topics that we were not yet prepared to discuss with them.
As a parent, the entire experience caused a great deal of stress and discomfort for our family. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to this location again. Edmonton -southgate location,

Poor quality
Been a fan since 2008, recently bought straight from Canada. To my dismay quality has gone downhill. Poor quality, panties fraying. I’m never buying anything from them again unfortunately.
Horrible customer service…
Horrible customer service with the online support team. Their website glitched and selected the wrong bra size for my order even though I selected the correct one several times it kept reverting to 32a every time I got to the checkout so I ordered it in the wrong size. I emailed customer service as soon as I completed the transaction asking if they could change the order or refund it before it was sent and didn’t get a response until a WEEK later when the bras had already arrived. Now they insist I PAY for a return label which costs 1/3 of the price of the bra and pay to return it to be refunded. Why would I even bother?! I also have no stores I could return it to in person. If they’re going to have such a horrible return policy the least they could do is not take a week to reply to customers.
Feels like a scam no way to talk to customer service
I filled out the return for over a week ago and have not been sent a return label. I emailed customer service and got an AI response telling me to fill out the form. I replied and said I have then I got an email saying they were closed even though it is in the hours they list as open. The phone number doesn't work - SO dodgy!!
Massive downgrade in quality.
I recently replaced all my old bras. I was a loyal customer of LaSenza my whole life. My old bras lasted me years, but it was time to replace them. The new bras I bought were such poor quality, compared to the old ones I had. They were still from the exact same line, but the stitching ripped apart, the two cups on one bra completely ripped apart, the clasps bent and broke, and the removable straps WILL NOT stay in place and come flying off every time I put a bra on. Worst purchase I’ve even made. I will be shopping at Victoria Secret from now on.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I purchased two bras online a couple months ago. One had a broken strap and the other didn’t fit. I emailed and didn’t receive a response for several days so I called. Their lines were all busy so I left a callback message. Never got a callback. I called again and was told their return system is down and that I could send it back when it was working. It’s been a month and a half and I have asked several times since then about the return with no resolve. Their lines were return window had now passed and they can’t generate a return label. Buyer beware - worst shopping experience I’ve come across plus the products are trash.
Terrible exchange policy.
I have frequently shopped at La Sensa however will avoid them in the future. I received a Xmas present and merely wanted to exchange for the identical product in a different size. They wouldn’t allow it without the receipt which of course I didn’t have, I did not want to offend the giver nor bother them to locate a receipt when they live out of province. Therefore I was stuck with a product I couldn’t use. Tags ribbon etc etc we’re all intact.Be warned if you are gifting someone I would not recommend buying from La Senza

I was in your Nanaimo store to purchase a couple of bras. The clerk showed me where the change rooms were. I mentioned to her that I was unsure of my size so it might take a few trys to find the right one. I said please come back and check ss i will need help finding the right fit. I just wanted you to know that she did not offer to measure me and she never returned to help me. After trying on the six or seven bras, I figured out what size I should be. Would’ve been nice to get help because each time I went back out to find another bra I had to get dressed. inconvenient at best. It was not busy in the store. In fact, both employees were standing at the checkout with no customers at the time.

I have called the store let them know what but they said to call customer service. The store were of no help customer. Very bad customer service at this location.

My wife bought the obsessive Plunge bra from La Senza. It didn’t even last a year as it’s snapped down the centre. My wife got professionally fitted by one of the ladies there, so this wouldn’t happen. It obviously wasn’t good quality. Would not recommend

Been shopping here since I was 15-16, I'm 29 now and still love their bras! A lot of stores in Calgary have closed down so I mainly shop online but I'm always pleased with the experience.
Absolute garbage
Their quality has really gone downhill and their customer service is garbage. I bought two bras in January. Less than two months later one of them broke. I reached out to customer care and had to argue for a replacement.
Then, two months after that my other bra broke! I was at work and had to staple my bra to get through the day. I asked for an exchange and they claimed to “understand my concerns” and offered me 30% off.
What an insult. Keep your money for a company that doesn’t sell garbage made to fall apart within months.
Great Customer Service!
I wish there was still an option on the receipt for a survey about the customer service experience - I want to give a huge kudos to the lovely lady that helped me out at the Square One location (8pm on April 22, 2025). I was returning a gift and didn't have a receipt - she was extremely patient and kind and took the time to search the system for the receipt (I knew the date and time it was purchased) and she was able to help me out. Her willingness to take the time and search for this might have seemed small, but something that was huge for me.
So thank you !

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service. I bought their Club membership card at the store and online store doesn't have any records of same. So I had to buy it again for online purchases. Despite a duplicate purchase, they do not share digital copy of the card with customers anywhere. So at any point they can delete the card from the account, and I would have no claim again for my membership. Also there is no clarity on the membership number. Expiry details, phone number for the club membership. So you are at their system's mercy to get membership benefits which they can wipe it anytime and one would have no claim.
I do not recommend LA Senza to anyone unless they have lot of time to waste on their poor service standards
Absolutely disgusting quality
Absolutely disgusting quality, and moreover, they don’t accept the returns from overseas!
I ordered few items to Australia, because a while back they had shops around here and they were good product. What I received was absolute trash in terms of fabric and quality, but on top of that they wouldn’t provide me even with an exchange!
Now I am stuck with items that I will throw away because they are just impossible to wear due to such poor quality product.
Never again! Disgusting service!

I ordered 5 pairs for the sale and 3 of the 5 were out of stock but they wouldn't let me cancel or modify my order. I still had to pay $10 shipping for 2 pairs of underwear. Never ordering from them again.
