If I could give them less than 1 star I would! This company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. I bought a pair of shoes, which were a horrible quality & didn’t fit at all. I reached out to get return instructions & then the back & forth negotiating started. First they wanted a picture of my foot in the shoe (who does that??!), then they wanted to offer me 40% refund. I responded that I just wanted to return them. The next response from them told me they would send a different size. I just emailed them back for the 4th time saying that I was done with the back & forth & wanted return instructions. So far they have not given me return instructions. This is unacceptable & I will NEVER buy anything from them again. I hope someone sees this before buying.

I ordered the Roman sandals with the block heel. The size of the heel is just the right height. They were delivered before expected even though I received updated emails. The sandals are light and comfortable.

I really like the purchase. It is a nice 2 piece swim set and perfect for my body type. The price was great and it is of good quality. I didn’t have any problems with shipping and very happy with my purchase.

I look forward to wearing my new jumpsuit! I communicated with Lark & Clover letting them know I wanted to wear their clothes to the upcoming F1 Grand Prix and would it make it to me before my departure? They personally contacted me to let me know they would also be tracking the package to ensure it arrives on time. And it did! They are a personal boutique, great customer service, and my jumpsuit looks amazing! Dont hesitate for a moment to shop here. Outstanding service! TYSM!! Looking forward to my next purchase!

I received updates almost daily about what was happening with the order. Most companies never do that. When it arrived, I had an email waiting saying it had been delivered. As it was waiting in the mailbox.

BUYER BEWARE! To return an item you must send to China. No where on their website does it say products need to be returned to China. The product was shipped from a US address.
The product I received does not match the size as stated in their company description. It is smaller and will not fit. Furthermore the description in photo says it has a loose fit. It does not.
These are material defects in the advertised product. I was offered a 70% refund without returning. This is unacceptable as the product is a total loss..

Happy with my purchased item and shipping. I was updated constantly of the status of my order. The product is soft and easy to use :)

Beware! Cheap clothes paraded as “linen” and luxury prices. They look nothing like photo, same items can be found on amazon for a fraction of price, and a terrible refund policy. Ordered four outfits and none were as advertised. Eg: one was described as linen, with a collar and cuffs that roll up - item received was cheap polyester with no collar and no cuffs. Items were missing labels (legally required to be imported to Canada) and all were of poor quality. Reached out for a refund and was offered 40% refund. I replied that the items were defective and they advertised free return shipping for defective items. They replied that they could offer 60% refund (I keep the items) or full refund only if I pay return shipping. I will be escalating to consumer protection Ontario and dispute the charges with Visa after the 15 day wait as required.

I ordered two items. The shirt I ordered was huge and return shipping is not covered if the item doesn't fit, which seems deceptive when the sizing is so obviously off, it wasn’t even close. It was completely unwearable. The jeans fit but the color was completely off. They looked terrible and very different than the picture. There is no way that was honest advertising.
They have a “30 day guarantee” listed for returns, which now I’ve learned is extremely misleading. They would not give me a return shipping label and to pay for return shipping to China is unreasonable, so I had to accept a partial refund even though I won’t be wearing either item.

The bag took a little longer to come than I thought it would, but the product is beautiful. I love the lace detail straps are a little lightweight though, but the colour is gorgeous. I love the way the straps are removable so if I ever need to replace them it will be very easy to do so.

I purchased the Veluna Crossover V-Neck midi dress. I measured myself and used the site's size guide, and ordered an XL instead of L that I usually wear. The dress I ordered fit perfectly and is just as pictured. Fabric is nice, though could be a little smoother, and flows nicely when I walk. I'm happy with the purchase and value for the price.

Lark and Clover is a scam. As a customer of Moonstone Seven, the content on the site is stolen and the plop they sell is a bad dupe. Do not support these thieves.

Remove the moonstone seven content.

I received a dress with long sleeves instead of sleeves below the elbow. I reached out to customer support, they acknowledged it was not the right sleeves on the dress, and they wanted to resend the right dress. The dress was purchased for a special event and would not arrive in time. I asked for return instructions and a refund, customer support has not communicated with me since. Now I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company. Buyer beware.

Update: I was finally contacted by customer service. After multiple communications they told me the long sleeves on the dress sent to me was their current offering to all customers. “Sometimes, the styling, lighting, and presentation in product photos may create a slightly different visual impression when worn in person.”
Again they told me I would be responsible for return shipping to china.
In the end, because of all the time and frustration, I accepted a 60% discount, I’m still waiting for the credit back to my card.
The dress I received is nothing like the dress advertised.
