The car was brand new and in beautiful condition. They delivered and picked up to our hotel and were very prompt. The online booking was very easy and the company was great to deal with.
Our car rental went perfectly, and we loved the service. The only negative point is that it took a month for the refund of the deposit. Luckily, the staff responds very quickly and were helpful and nice.

I took the services of LangkawiBook for our recent trip to Langkawi. I selected this company based on the google reviews and i must say it was nothing less than what was previously said.
I contacted them one day before our travel. Adila was the contact person and she has helped me throughout, right from selecting the vehicle till my request on our last day of departure.
We opted for a Honda City new variant car - new model for a period of 4 days. They are in touch with you throughout the service and the experience was very smooth and hazzle free.
The car was new and very well maintained. Our entire drive was very convenient and comfortable.
They also provide tickets for attractions. We had booked island hopping ticket through them and they helped us with a video for place of parking/ navigating to the jetty centre. Everything is very well communicated and co ordinated.
I was always in touch with Adila and Azri to enquire many things and they were kind enough in helping me everytime. The responses in watsapp is almost immediate. Appreciate you both for all the help!
One day before itself the “hero” as they call, would message u of their presence confirming the timings. When we landed at the airport, the car was ready and handed over to us immediately. Thanks to Muhammad Ayadi for giving us the car.
Similarly the pick up of the car from the airport also happened the same way. Thanks to Syazwan for this. Entire experience was very seamless and professional.
I would recommend LangkawiBook for anyone who is looking for car rentals in Langkawi !

We have had a great positive experience with Langkawi Book Natasha was prompt waiting for us when we landed at at Langkawi Airport and so was Muhammad when we returned the car before our departure. The car provided to us came with full tank (something that was not true when we rented a car at KLIA) Overall we are very satisfied and we will use Langkawi Book in the future

it was an outstanding experience. The booking process was incredibly smooth and straightforward. The website clearly laid out all the terms and conditions, and there were no hidden fees, which I greatly appreciated.

It was great working with Langkawi book. Everything was on time and even though my flight got delayed, they were very cooperative and helped me through it.
The tours were great as well.
I should specialy thank Hazwani and Adila in that regard.
Also Natasha and Syafaris whom handled the car delivery and pick up and were very polite and helpful.
In total I have used the Mangrove tour, the island hopping tour, the premium cruise package and I also rented a Honda City.
Everything was great and I am very satisfied.
