SCAMMERS
SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMMERS, SCAMERS… Be careful. I started processing my visa with these people, thinking they were a legitimate company, but no, they weren't. I applied several days ago and never received an update or anything. I wrote to them several times, and they always told me I'd have my visa "tomorrow." After reading the reviews on this garbage, I realized they're telling everyone the same thing. I had to go to the Malaysian embassy here in Melbourne, where they confirmed it was a scam. These people have no connection whatsoever with immigration or anything. Ahhhh and don't trust the 5-star reviews; they're also fake. They wrote them themselves.
SCAM WARNING, beware
WARNING, This is a SCAM company. The registered address and advertised address is a residential property with no affiliation or knowledge of its existence. I have been there a number of times. The is no doubt in my mind as to legitimacy of my claims. BEWARE all.

SCAM Website
Paid for urgent service but "Processing more than 3 days" until now unable to contact KEY MALAYSIA what's the point you guys put on the contact number on top of your web page we call don't pick up the call end up switch off the phone. Live chat all not going to reply !!! What kind of service is this ? UNTIL NOW STILL UNABLE TO RECEIVE E-VISA! "Page mentioning Efficient, Fast, and reliable eVisa solutions !!
This is a scam website
This is a scam website. They pretend to be somewhat official but use unethical business practices to falsely start applications on behalf of potential clients. Now, once they have your passport number and have started an application, this means that you can't use the official website as it does not allow concurrent applications using the same passport. I went through this and now have had to email the Malaysia immigration authority to have the Key Malaysia application deleted and it will now delay my visa processing. The main scammer seems to be a guy who calls himself Adrian. Please stay away from this website. It does unfortunately show up as the top result on Google Search so I will see if I can report it there too.
Worst Business Ever
Worst Experience applying visa. Scam & Un-ethical Business. They will use your passport without your consent on official immigration website and force you to use their system.
Scam scam without acknowledgement they…
Scam scam without acknowledgement they willfully forward you passport to Malaysia eVisa Malaysia and are a third party scam. They have no options to edit, delete or cancel application.if you reached out to chat box for help the will force you to complete your application or asked you for proof of payment seeing very well you didn't make any payment, they charge triple to any visa processing, and threatening to blacklist your passport to deny entry to Malaysia. Unprofessional rude inexperienced like one Natasha with less than one year experience radically threatens to blacklist everyone based on her imagination even after verifying CX is genuine and need genuine attention. She want you do payment, please kindly reached to Malaysian government about this and always make you are on government website before doing any application.
Scam website
Scam website: keymalaysia.com
Hi Hi all user,
Take note of keymalaysia.com
They are scam, This website is not official Malaysia visa application. I just falled under them this early June 2025.
I provied only just my passport number as they asked in order to start at their website live chat.
That all they need and they started applied Malaysia visa with all fake informations without my acknoledgement.
My application at actual official Malaysia visa website was not allowed due to this scam website applied using my pp number.
Hope all of you not face the same things.
Never ever provide your passport number.
SCAM ALERT - Worst experience - miscommitment - lie
Worst experience, they lie and misscommit, do not waste your money. They will take your money and then just say that your application is in immigration just wait. I paid for urgent visa processign and event after 2 weeks, they just tell its in progress. Contact immigration office, on contacting immigration office, they said not to work with KeyMalaysia as they are not official and the govt will not support or help their application. I got stuck and lost my flight and hotell booking due to these gujys at keymalaysia. Their website says 2-3 days for urgent but after providing all documents and everythign still no update after 2 weeks!!
Scam Alert – Do Not Use KeyMalaysia for eVisa Applications
I strongly advise against using KeyMalaysia (keymalaysia.com) for Malaysian eVisa applications. They misrepresent themselves as the official Malaysian Immigration website and mislead users into starting applications under false pretences.
I began an application through their website, thinking it was official. When I asked their support if my Dutch daughter needed a visa, they said no—however, they later insisted she needed an approval letter and tried to charge me for her application too. Their fees are outrageous:
Visa Fee: MYR 326 per person
Transaction Fee: MYR 53.79 (5.5%)
This is more than double the cost of the actual Malaysian government eVisa application, which is only MYR 126.
Worse, although I did not complete payment or finish the application, it appears they locked my mother’s passport number, preventing me from submitting a legitimate application through the official Malaysian Immigration website. When I contacted the official eVisa chat support, they told me:
"We regret to inform you that your application was submitted through a third-party website. We kindly recommend that you contact the Malaysian Immigration Department for further assistance."
They also confirmed:
"malaysiavisa.imi.gov.my is the ONLY official website, and visa payments are in MYR ONLY. The site keymalaysia.com is a third-party site that has scammed many applicants."
I reached out to KeyMalaysia’s so-called customer support to request cancellation or removal of the application I started—but I never received a response. My application reference number, as they provided, is EV0521762CO.
Bottom line: Avoid this website at all costs. It is a scam operation, overcharging, misinforming, and potentially compromising your ability to apply through the real government platform.
E-visa
After I was applied E-visa through this website I got scared because many people and sites told this keyMalaysia is a scam site . But I get visa within one day... It's not scam site for getting E-visa .. trust this site ,, but one concern is fees only
Passport data will be blocked on…
Passport data will be blocked on official malaysia website, once you contacted their services. They are the side channel to scam people using higher fees.
evcomm AT imi.gov.my should be the official email to seek help.
Very quick responses and very helpful
🚨 SCAM ALERT – Avoid KeyMalaysia at All Costs ❌
KeyMalaysia is a fake visa service that falsely presents itself as official. Using their site will block you from applying through Malaysia’s real immigration website. Even if you don’t pay, your passport data gets stuck, and their support refuses to help unless you pay more. Their “urgent” and “regular” fees are scams—Malaysia’s official site doesn’t charge like that. Avoid them completely and only use the official eVISA portal.
Fraud
You will waste you money and never get a visa. Stay away from this website at all cost!!!! One big SCAM
SCAM – Do NOT Use This Fake Malaysia Visa Service
KeyMalaysia is a complete scam. They are NOT an official visa service but a fraudulent third-party website that misleads applicants. DO NOT enter any of your details on their site, as it will interfere with your ability to apply through Malaysia’s official immigration website—whether you’ve paid them or not.
If you make the mistake of using their site, they will not remove your details, making it impossible for you to proceed with an official application. Their live chat support is not only unhelpful but also extremely rude. The only way to fix this mess is by contacting the Malaysian embassy or immigration department directly to have your application removed.
Additionally, their so-called “urgent” and “regular” processing fees are fake. The official visa website already provides clear processing times without any such extra charges. Their website might look legitimate, but it is 100% a scam. Stay away and always apply through the official Malaysian immigration website.
excellent service

SCAM
SCAM! After waiting over 30 days and getting nothing but excuses, I applied through the official government website myself and guess what? My eVisa arrived the next day! This site charged me double, wasted my time, and now refuses to refund me. Stay away from this fraud!
Adrain, Husayan, Rosebella? They are the same people btw. Also notice that the positive reviews are created by them because they would post good reviews themselves right after someone has already a. bad fraud posted. Let me tell you shameless people, keep my $81—I hope it feeds you and your family because clearly, you can’t earn an honest living. You steal from hardworking people and sleep at night with a heart full of lies. Enjoy the $81—it’s cursed money. Spend it wisely, because it may be all you’ll ever have.
