Excellent Service – Highly Recommend!
Langford Rae made our house-buying process smooth and stress-free. Jill was amazing—she stayed on top of everything, regularly following up with the vendors and their solicitor to keep things moving. Excellent Service
The staff at Langford Rae are attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. Communication is excellent, with telephone calls always answered and with regular updates of transaction progress. Painless house sale
We found Neil Durrent very personable and took to him at the first meeting. He walked us through the whole alien process step by step. The whole team at Langford Ray were polite and professional throughout and Jill Bennett always kept us informed.

Could not have wished for better property agents than Langford Rae.
We are first time renters and our renting process could not have gone better.. Sarah Jewett is lovely and very professional.. no problem is too much for her and has sorted out any problem very quickly, if Sarah is out of the office then one of the other team quickly respond.

Over a period of 6 months Langford Rae at Chelsfied managed both properties in the exchange. Taking into account the numerous variants that occur during the process, it was completed in a very professional and efficient manner. Selling Mums home
When my Mother requested my sister and I to sell her home, Langford Rae was the obvious choice for the family, as she had worked for the company for a number of years.
The entire team have worked tirelessly to assist us to get to completion of the property, keeping us fully informed of progress along the way at all times.
