Overpriced considering what you got for your money generally.

Very good service from humza

I went to lane7 in Camden London. It was good fun and the carnival games which you get a hour to play the game as many times as you want in that hour. was a good giggle especially when you got competitive friends lol. Would recommend it and will be going again.

Had a great time here and Rumana behind the bar was very nice and attentive to our needs. Will be coming again!

Rio at Lane 7 Camden was such a great host, great customer service and friendly.

We have paid for drinks by card and they have asked for cash as they said card didn't worked. After proving that transaction was OK they refused to answer.

Came to London for the weekend and we found ourselves in Camden Town, deciding where to go became an issue as it was freezing cold so we decided on the spot to go into Lane7, and we wern't disappointed as we were transfered to another world (Forgot we were even in Camden) great set up in there, warm & clean, and a young fella by the name of Rio, a really helpful lad took great care of us.

We went for what we thought would be a quick drink! But was greeted by Rio who made us feel welcome, so we stayed longer. Fun night.

Had fun at Lane 7 last night with friends. Greeted by one of the staff Martin who was a great help getting us a game to play.

Rumana made our experience much more enjoyable!

We went to the manchester venue and it was amazing. The staff were lovely and Alfie was particularly helpful and thoughtful during our visit. I would highly recommend going for a special occasion.

We came to play a game of bowling. Amazing service especially from matt h (the tall one :)). He was very attentive and made sure we had the best experience he was very happy to help. Will definitely return for some more karaoke, Thanks matt!!

Matt gave amazing instructions with a good attitude for when he's working you can tell he puts 100% into everything he does.

At Lane 7 Leicester I was served by Jai Patel at the bar with amazing service, he was very polite and helped me get my drink quick and efficiently.

Customer service is awful. Rude on arrival, said people upstairs could assist with food order and later golf (none were present). When I did find someone, they said you have to speak to the people downstairs. Concept is great, food was good. Just a shame about the poor service.

Klaidas at Bath was absolutely amazing. Incredible service, he was the most hospitable person we met all night. Loved every second at lane 7.

The service was atrocious, we went to the Bristol branch and waited longer than needed for drinks. There was one lady serving who seemed to avoid me and my partner for some reason and gave us bad looks (maybe she was moody because she was the only one working). There were other staff standing around talking while the bar got busier and busier. We arrived at the time we booked it and had to wait for around 30 mins for a lane to open for us. In the end we complained and left.
