It’s pretty bad, you pay £60 for 40 mins, no table service so you spend 10 minutes at the bar, might as well go Super Bowl :D service is shocking and staff clearly can’t be arsed being there

Its a joke do not come here you have to wait 15-20 minutes to get to your game which means you lose that time of the amount of time that you have paid for. They need more staff and they need to run it properly. It is a waste of money and not worth it. My whole family is disappointed. 😡😡😡

Sanyam is absolutely amazing! Looked after us all so well. Came for the first time with friends who travelled to Birmingham and we have a blast :)

Victoria. This place is chaotic. There is no structure to this venue. The bowling slots were very stingy that you couldn’t even celebrate your bowls for 10 seconds and before you know it, the invisible timer goes off and the shot is counted as a miss. Too many people lingering around the bowling bit and overstepping into your lane due to lack of space. It felt like one game was less than 10 minutes long…The mini golf was also as chaotic, you have to simply wait in a queue to take your shots with only one huge table where people can put their coats and bags… again feels very unsafe as anyone can just grab and run with your items. On average waiting 10 minutes for each golf course. We spent more time waiting than playing. The arcade was probably the worst of them all. Barely any of the games worked, there’s a toilet located right next to the bar which has a pungent smell that hits your nose the moment you walk in. Overall, just very disorganised and NOT a value for money. Fair game in Canary Wharf and Hollywood bowl is a much better option and better value for money. The only good thing I can say is that the venue looks visually cool and the staff were really friendly.

Bowling was great, drinks were decent value. Our host Hunza was polite and answered any questions we had! Would recommend

Took my friend for his birthday. We spent over £100 on bowling and shuffle board.

Bowling - the balls kept getting stuck, resulting in us standing around for 5/10 minutes at a time for someone to fix it.

This caused us to barely get through 1 game. The staff came over and told us to hurry up and finish.

Due to the delays in game one we were late to shuffle board.

We got about 30 minutes on there before a staff member told us to literally stop our game and leave as they had another person booked on it.
No please can you finish up, simply stop your game and leave the area.

We went upstairs to finish our drinks. Whilst playing in an air hockey game a waitress almost walked into me from behind with a tray of drinks.

There was no 'I am sorry' there was no ' oops' she simply swore under her breath, gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes and stormed off.

Awful experience.
Waste of money.

Go anywhere else, as this place sucks and the service is awful.

If you enjoy wasting money, this is the place for you

I just wanted to let you guys know the manner of the the security today was absolutely disgusting I was very disappointed in how he dealt with a young female and saw him place hands on one of the members of staff it wasn’t pleasant to watch and I believe it should get taken further. Not impressed this took place at around 6 he was a tall white male so be careful ladies when attending lane7 ! Please

We had a great time at Lane 7, all the staff were incredibly friendly and really made the experience something special. One staff member stood out to us however, and that was Rio. He was fun, full of energy and attentive. The drinks he made for us were tasty and well balanced, he really made our special night that much more unforgettable. We will definitely be returning back to this branch. Sensational service !

I had a long day!
I just wanted to let my hair down and have some fun. Usually when I go to these places alone it can be very boring but this time was great! I feel welcomed! Such lovely customer service from a young man named Dereece honesty made my night.
I will be definitely be returning back!

Top top place to visit and bar team are exceptional, will come back for sure !
