I ordered a wall light and was told that it would be delivered in 3 working days. After nearly a week I ring them and was told that the light they had in stock was broken and they had to order another which would take another 10 working days. They made no attempt to contact me before this time to let me know about the delay, I will now have to wait 3 weeks for this wall light.

Box of lamps arrived super quick ( much quicker than expected) but was worried when the lamp boxes themselves appeared a bit battered but the contents checked out fine.

Ordered lights from this company which arrived with globes which did not fit the pendant and different pattern on wall light globes. Despite numerous e-mails and phone calls and proof of delivery back to them still awaiting refund. Have now got credit card company involved to get my money back.

Quick efficient delivery. Ordered 1 day and received the next. Glass lamp shades were packed extremely well and my wife is delighted with there quality and colour.

Shocking service, no one rings you back, no items received. Absolutely shambles. Luckily I paid through PayPal so got my money back

Very disappointed with the service. This order was placed 10 days ago, with a delivery schedule of 2/3 working days.
These bulbs have still not arrived and neither has my email to the company querying delivery been answered.

Quite simply a thoroughly reliable supplier was let down by its chosen courier and now, after more two weeks, having paid for both goods and carriage l have neither my goods or a refund !!!
Very very disappointing. I shall not place another order with Lancashire Lightning.

Great service and lightning

I ordered a light from this company which arrived as expected. The light was faulty as it was corroding in places. I emailed the company and rang several times. They never respond to emails and they don't answer the phone. Their phone message says that if you leave your details they will call back, but they never do. If I could give this company no stars then I would.

I have been asked to add details to this review but all I can say is that nothing has changed. I have still had no response for the company.

Have bought before from Lancashire Lighting, but still checked for competitive price. It turns out they were the cheapest for this item, so I ordered from them again. The two lights ordered were well packaged, and despite the box having a couple of small dents, the contents were in perfect condition. Parcelforce delivered the lights within 24 hours, and provided excellent tracking details. The lights have the standard E27 screw type bulb, which makes for easy fitting and finding replacements.

Despite placing my order in mid April and the acknowledgment saying item will be shipped in 2/3 working days, I’ve still not received the item. I have sent a few emails asking if there is an update available but no reply has been forthcoming. I’ve also called the company and was promised and a call back, sadly, to no avail. Customer service is most disappointing.
I am at long last in receipt of the lampshade that I ordered and have to say, I am delighted with this item. If only the customer service was equal to the products provided, then a 5 star rating would be forthcoming. I’ve changed from 1 star to a 3 star because hopefully, others won’t experience the disappointment with no contact.

My floor lamp based arrived damaged I phoned and sent emails with pictures and no-one replied back to me. Kept trying to phone no answer and left message and no one got back. Still waiting.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Last September I ordered a beautiful chandelier from Lancashire Lighting. It cost £368. Unfortunately when it arrived my de orators hadn't been in to plaster and paint the room, so I opened the packaging to check everything, and thought all was in order. When eventually I was ready to install the light fitting I contacted my electrician and arranged a date to come and fit it. All went well until it came to fitting the crystals. To my horror we were 96 short. After months of telephoning, being promised to return calls nothing happened. Eventually I contacted Trading Standards who also had various contacts (emails,calls etc.)being told the crystals would be posted out, what day they would arrive absolutely nothing happened. They were eventually given a mobile number for the manager which constantly rings out and cuts off. DISGRACEFUL WAY TO MANAGE A BUSINESSES. IF YOU WOULD LIKE ME TO REMOVE THIS REVIEW, SEND MY 96 CRYSTALS FOR MY CHANDELIER!!!

The wisteria wall lights arrived well packaged, they really are beautful and exactly what I was after.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because the communication from the retailer was not that good. After several different methods of trying to get in touch for an update non of which were responded to, I did eventually get through to a person on the phone who said they would contact the warehouse and a day later I received a delivery notification for 24hr delivery. From purchase to delivery it took 7 full working days, not the anticipated 2-3 working days. so consider this if you have got an electrician planned. Other than that ordering on the website was very easy and I'm really pleased with my purchase.

Terrible service. All attempts to communicate with you either written or by phone are ignored.
Avoid. I am still waiting for my order to be delivered…in silence.

Further reply from Lancashire Lighting. Thankfully PayPal are more responsive and received refund from that direction. No I am not waiting for either a delivery or reply from Lancashire Lighting. I tried several times contacting you where my order was via phone (constant answerphone that nobody bothers to reply to) and several emails. Zero communication. Not difficult but made difficult by lack of or inadequate staff.
