I ordered a dongle for my mouse, the dongle didnt work because, there is two versions of the dongle without any way of knowing which one is the correct one for your mouse, and when i told them the problem, at first they refuse the refund, then they tell me to send kt back but thag they wouldnt pay for the return fee, then when i pay for the fee and send it they stop responding to my e mail and never refund me

Horrible customer service.
Got my first mouse from them for Christmas 2024, and it died not 6 months later.
When I try to get just a hint of help from them, they want me to video that the mouse is dead.
How the hell do you want me to video a dead mouse? Just give me a shipping label, let me ship the crap back to you, and test it yourself.

Absoluter Saftladen mit unteridischem Support. Ich habe eine neue Lamzu Inca bestellt, und aus China nach über eine Woche irgendwann dann mal erhalten. Das Produkt hat eine defekte rechte Maustaste, die nach dem Mond triggert, aber nicht konsistent. Ich habe darauf den Support angeschrieben, welcher von mir möchte, dass ich ein Video vom Problem aufnehme. Das ist an Dummheit nicht mehr zu überbieten.

Es geht sogar NOCH schlechter, ich habe eine Ersatzmaus bekommen, wieder 2 Wochen Lieferzeit aus China, und diese ist nun nach einer Woche normaler Nutzung von Heute auf Morgen tot. Kein Leben mehr, geht nicht mehr an, rührt sich keinen Millimeter mehr. 2 Defekte Mäuse nach EINEM MONAT. Qualitätskontrolle bei Lamzu ist nicht existent. Billiger China Schrott für überteuerten Preis. Lasst die Finger von dieser Firma!

Lamzu Maya una basura de ratón de 110€ que falla más que una escopeta de feria y encima te lo tienes que comer porque el servicio postventa al menos en coolmod es terrible. No compren esta basura y apuesten por marcas conocidas con seriedad por si tienen problemas con el producto

Just received MAYA X mouse, easy to say that it is one of the best mouses ive ever had.
Will reccomend it 10/10, build quality is top of the top, add that with its light weight and battery duration and here you are one of the few perfect mouses.

W brand, great mice that just show how bad logitech/corsair/Asus/HyperX/ETC ETC ETC are in the current market. £80 4khz supported ergo mouse, £90 ambi mouse with a 4k dongle, could go on about all their good products. Only concern I had was on the og v1 Lamzu the coating is very chalky on the black version but I believe they've moved on from having a chalky coating.
